This Villa Estate greets you with a beautiful tropical courtyard entry with waterfalls and ponds. Vaulted ceilings and an open gourmet kitchen that faces out into the spacious living area give the perfect space needed for your entire group to enjoy time together.

There are three beautiful Master Suites, one upstairs and one downstairs in the main house, both with fantastic views of the golf course and ocean. The downstairs master suite features a spa-like bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and a luxurious outdoor shower! The second master suite opens to the upstairs lanai, also has its own bathroom with a deep tub, separate shower, and dual vanities. It also has an adjoining office space that may be used as an additional bedroom as it has a trundle bed with two twin beds - great for parents with small children.

There is also a separate, free standing guest house (ohana) with another spacious master bedroom and full bath with garden/lanai access with a separate entrance for complete privacy.

Enjoy a dip in the private saltwater, rock pool and hot tub. Just step out the wall of sliding pocket open doors to the large covered Lanai giving you that Hawaiian indoor-outdoor living with an outdoor living area, kitchen and BBQ. While you sit in the hot tub enjoy views of the golf course and ocean as well as being surrounded by lush tropical landscape.

NOTE: The house does have a partial shared wall with the neighboring property, however, there is plenty of privacy. In addition, please note the property is located on a golf course which does require ongoing landscaping which is at times done in the morning.

Guest access

Guests will have access the private golf cart to make their way around Mauna Lani. Take it for a quick drive to the grocery store, beaches, lunch at the Auberge Resort, or a massage at the Fairmont Orchid.

In addition, guests will have access to "The Ocean Club," an oceanfront gathering area exclusively available to One Ocean residents and guests - just steps away from the house. The Ocean Club includes an infinity-edge pool, two hot tubs, and two dining pavilions with barbecues for entertaining. Cabanas, thatched-roof palapas, and oceanfront bar seating create a fun, island atmosphere for your enjoyment.

Also, guests have access to the 5.5-acre Hana Pono Wellness Center within One Ocean. The Wellness Center features both adult and children's swimming pools, a state-of-the-art fitness center, another barbecue area, and an executive gathering pavilion for meetings and entertainment. A short drive away are six of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breath-taking Mauna Kea beach.
