There is plenty of level, on-site parking, including a 2-vehicle carport, and zero steps into the house. You're just a boat ride away from Boathouse Lakeside Bar & Grill and a 5-minute drive from dining, shopping, and entertainment on the Lake Ozark Strip, and ten minutes to Osage Beach.

Step outside and spend time on the massive multi-level decking which features 6 different seating arrangements including 2 covered decks and a gazebo. Take a stroll down the concrete stairs with a handrail to the large private dock with a swim platform, lounge chairs, a lily pad, and a few water toys. Bring your boat!
