Over the years, we have hosted many wonderful families, but Katherine, Chip, and their family were truly exceptional. They stayed with us for over a month and were absolute model guests—respectful, communicative, and a complete pleasure to host. We had zero issues throughout their stay and would welcome them back in a heartbeat. We are already looking forward to making this an annual tradition for them at our South Florida Spacious Oasis!

A great vacation experience!

The property was clean and spacious, perfect space for all our needs. We enjoyed all the outdoor amenities, especially the heated pool, and all communication with the owner was answered quickly & professionally. The location is great; all the area beaches, towns, & restaurants are easily accessible within 15min either way or 5 min down the road to Deerfield. A wonderful property in every way!

Perfect family vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation with plenty of room for our family and nanny. The kids had tons of space to run around and lots of activities and toys to occupy themselves. Sherwin set us up with a safety fence for the pool and was highly highly accommodating and made our stay so fun and relaxing. We plan to come back soon!!

Great location, great property manager

This house is lovely and large enough for teens to space out but the real show stopper is the relaxing backyard with the gorgeous pool. The property manager, Sherwin, is very responsive and communication was pleasant and reassuring. The location is perfect for getting to Deerfield Beach and all the great restaurants it has to offer. Oh and it's right by a Target which was great for any supplies needed. Would 100% stay here again.

Wonderful Retreat

We are so glad we found this house in Deerfield Beach. It is located in a great spot near popular beaches. The house has been extensively updated and has everything you would need. The pool and backyard are so nice that you don’t even want to go to the beach. The property owner is very attentive and engaged to ensure a good time is had by everyone. Sherwin gave us so many options of things to do in the area! He provided everything we needed and was available at all times to answer our questions “pronto” which was extremely helpful! It’s one of our favorite vacations so far, and would definitely recommend it to others!

Thanks for the communication about the property and surrounding areas! Great backyard oasis space. Extremely kid friendly and kid welcoming. Good communication and followup regarding a small issue we had. Close to stores and conveniences.
