Centrally located, modern, beautiful home on the bay with wonderful views.
Updated, elegant, spacious home which is just a few minutesâ bike ride to Ship Bottom Beach and attractions.
The home is located on the small island of Cedar Bonnet which is connected to LBI by a 500-foot-long bridge that has a guardrail protected pedestrian and bike lane. This quaint neighborhood has a fishing village feel and direct access to the bay for watersports including kayaking. Ship Bottom Beach, Hotel LBI, the Boat Yard and Marina, Cedar Bonnet Island National Wildlife Refuge Park, Arlington Park Bay Beach, jet ski & kayak rentals, and mini-golf are all just a few minutesâ walk or bike ride away.
There are four bedrooms which comfortably sleep 8. On the upper floor, the master bedroom has a queen-size bed and a spacious seating area with spectacular unobstructed views of the bay. The other two bedrooms on this floor each have a twin-size bed with an accompanying rollout twin-size trundle bed. Both rooms have great views including brilliant sunrises and colorful sunsets. The fourth bedroom is located off the dining room on the main floor and has a full-size bed and two windows offering views and an abundance of light all day.
There are two full bathrooms supplied with continuous hot water from the tankless water heater. The upstairs bathroom features Moroccan tiles and a bathtub with a Moen massage showerhead. Additionally, the toilet is luxuriously equipped with a Toto Washlet. The bathroom on the main floor has a shower also with a Moen massage showerhead and a toilet with a bidet feature. A stacked washer and dryer are located in the closet in this bathroom.
The kitchen is fully furnished with high quality utensils, dinnerware, cooking vessels, and all major appliances including a dishwasher and microwave.
On the large back deck which is located directly off of the kitchen, there is a Weber Genesis barbeque grill and a dining table with umbrella that seats 8.
The indoor dining table seats 8 and the kitchen counter seats 3.
The living room has an oversized couch and two armchairs to enjoy the bay views. There is also a wall-mounted 32 inch flat-panel smart TV connected to the houseâs high-speed modem.
A seating area with bridge views is located near the front door.
The ground floor has a huge playroom which includes a seating area, 55 inch smart TV, a table and chairs. The backyard can be directly accessed from a sliding door.
The backyard has a picnic table that seats eight, a hot water outdoor shower, and plenty of room for children to play.
The house is cooled by a brand new central air-conditioning system.
There are two parking spaces on the property.
Linens (towels and bedding) are not included.
8 beach badges will be provided for use during your stay. Children under 12 years old are not required to have beach badges.
The house is less than 5 minutes drive to Ship Bottom Beach where there is plenty of free public street parking.
The property is being rented with a 7 day minimum, increments of 7 days, and Sunday to Sunday.
(The rental property consists of the second and third floors and the ground floor playroom. There is an attic and an enclosed area on the ground floor which are for the ownerâs storage and are not part of the rental agreement.)
