We enjoyed our stay here. The house looks like it was recently updated throughout and it was very clean. The neighborhood is also very quiet. We would definitely stay here again.
Came to El Paso for a large family birthday party. This space was perfect for our needs, very clean, very well maintained. Has a great little outdoor space, with a bbq grill. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.
What a great houseâŠwe really enjoyed our stay. Home is adorable, clean, accommodating, on a quiet street in a nice neighborhood. Communication with Fernie was great and we would highly recommend. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
Very cute, nice and relaxing property. Very easy to communicate with the host, made the whole experience easy. Great layout to the house. Very, very, well maintained and updated. Very nice neighborhood and location.
One thing we would have preferred would have been blinds at the front and back doors but that was the only complaint. Beautiful home beautiful experience!
Had to bring a professional team over to El Paso for two weeks. This house was the perfect fit of a nice open kitchen where we all took turns cooking diner (including a nice grill in the backyard). At the same time, plenty of space and bedrooms where someone could get some private time away from the rest of the team. The host was great - easy to communicate with and very fast to respond to any questions we had.
My family and I have rented several homes through VRBO and this home has moved to our #1 stay. The home will present you with a welcome, warm, cozy, and relaxing stay. We felt a since of home, although we were miles away from home. We enjoyed our stay at this home so much that we preferred to stay inside of the home and fellowship with one another versus going out to take in the city attraction. If you are looking for a place to stay while visiting the El Paso area, this is the home to reside in. The host is very gracious, polite, and professional. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
We had a very nice stay here. The home is wonderfully furnished and well equipped. The backyard is very nice unfortunately we didn't have the opportunity to use it. Very quite and nice neighborhood. The curtain-less windows by the front door and sliding glass door took awhile to get use to. It hand everything we could have wanted or needed (except a colander). The communication with the property owner was quick, responsive and good. We would definitely stay here again.
We had a great time at this cozy property.
Positives:
1. Location. If you have friends/family or business to do on the east side of El Paso then this property is ideally located. The area is also safe and close to restaurants and activities.
2. Very nicely decorated.
3. Amazing outdoor area with grill.
4. Fantastic owner/manager who instantly responds.
5. Very clean and organized.
6. Free coffee and spices.
Negatives: nothing too important in this area, just ideas to improve an already great property:
1. No blinds on front windows on sides of front door and also none in dining area. This seems like an easy fix which would greatly improve privacy at night.
2. Add basic cable to house. The house has great TVs in all bedrooms and the den, but no cable, or at least none I could locate. I enjoy winding down at night with the news and had nothing to watch on my huge TV.
3. Provide a guide book for guests. I am a native of El Paso so I was aware of great restaurants etc., but it seems an a nice touch to have something like this for guests.
4. No soap or shampoo in bathrooms.
5. Garage is unavailable to park which means your car is in the driveway at night.
Again, nothing major on the negatives, just little things that would make a great stay an incredible stay. I would definitely book again and recommend to anyone traveling to El Paso. Thank you Fernie for a great time.
Went to this home for the weekend for a wedding and it was great! Had to run to target and Albertsons for food and a few last minute things both right down the street. Did not have any toiletries available (we forgot our lotion). Had a blow dryer. Patio was super cute and the weather was great to sit out there.
