Island Paradise!! Ferry, Pool, Golf Cart, Kayaks/Paddle Boards

Hop on the free ferry boat and catch a ride to Little Gasparilla Island, a bridgeless island offering fantastic beaches, sunsets, and much more. This island offers a unique experience that is fun for families, snowbirds, and fisherman alike. There are no restaurants on the island, nor high rise condos, nor traffic. We leave all of that behind and come prepared with lots of food to cook, a book to read, and fishing poles. The boat dock accommodates boats up to 24' and dockage is first come first serve basis. Our Condo is 3 stories high. The ground floor is a garage for the golf cart, charcoal grill, and beach chairs & umbrella. The unit is stocked with quality amenities that we personally enjoy including 2 inflatable kayaks (SUP's). The second floor (main living area) is comprised of the living room, kitchen, master bedroom, bathroom and screened in porch. The kitchen is complete with microwave, dish washer, coffee maker, blender, toaster, everything you need to cook a full meal. The master bedroom has a king sized bed. The screen in porch has a pair of love seats along with a full-sized washer & dryer located behind folding doors. The third floor is a loft which has 2 queen sized beds, and it's own bathroom.

******************Some Rules and Additional Information to Note********************

The golf cart is included as a courtesy and has a maximum load of 4 people. Drivers must be at least 18 years old. The golf cart IS NOT included in the rental rate and is in not guaranteed, thus no refunds or discounts if it is not working/available. Golf cart is for use in Hideaway Bay property only as we do not have the resources to help you should the cart breakdown or run out of batteries on the other side of the island. We ask that you do not use the cart on wet roads as the saltwater is very corrosive on the cart.

This unit is limited to a maximum of 5 persons. No overnight guests. PLEASE INCLUDE THE CORRECT NUMBER OF ADULTS, CHILDREN, AND INFANTS IN YOUR INQUIRY REQUEST FOR QUICK BOOKING APPROVAL AND CORRECT QUOTE. All persons staying must be accounted for (including infants and children). If you might bring another person count them in the initial inquiry. A correct head count is required for the ferry pass approval and you will not be allowed to board the ferry if each person is not listed on the pass. YOU ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE THE NAME OF EACH PERSON, AGES OF ANYONE UNDER 18, YOUR ADDRESS, AND PHONE NUMBER FOR THE FERRY PASS. COPY OF PHOTO ID MAY BE REQUIRED AS AN ATTACHMENT TO THE FERRY PASS AND UPON ARRIVAL.
