Free Beach Chair/Umbrella Service (March 1-October 31) Gorgeous first floor view! This beautiful, completely remodeled Gulf front condo is truly a coastal oasis! It is fresh with new paint, new appliances, new kitchen remodel, all new furniture and new flooring! New Shower! King Master Bedroom overlooks the Gulf of Mexico! The kitchen as been completely updated with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and new cabinets. It has an open floor plan and a spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the white sandy beaches located here on the Emerald Coast. The queen sleeper sofa makes into a bed which allows this condo to sleep 4 comfortably. The location of this condo is priceless! 2-105 is literally located right around the corner from the lagoon pool and the "Hang-Out" food and drink bar. The resort offers 3 hot tubs, fitness center, 3 resort pools, poolside bar and grill and a grilling area for you to enjoy! Free Beach Chairs: 2 beach chairs and umbrella are available in the condo for your use.
Condo 2-105 is located in Tower 2 on the 1st floor. The age requirement to rent this condo is 25.

Lower level is great!

We absolutely love the lower level floor. We loved being able to walk right down the steps to the lagoon pool, and right out to the parking lot. This unit is clean and well maintained. Farah is so nice to work with, and prompt to reply if needed. We will definitely book again.

Perfect location

This room is situated very conveniently to the beach & pool access. It’s also near stairs. The room itself is nice also. It has a beautiful bathroom & separate shower/ toilet room. The shower was gorgeous & large. The bed was incredibly comfortable & very pretty. The balcony was very spacious. The only downfall with the balcony was a light pole outside that obstructs your nighttime ambiance of the beach. It is right in your view. The living room is basic, would have preferred a comfy lounger chair over the two accent chairs but the small loveseat was comfortable enough. Over all though, I’d pick this room again based on bedroom & bathroom comfort & convenience of location.

Amazing Vacay!!!

The condo was beautiful, clean, and in a phenomenal location! We wanted a quieter, not in the middle of everything condo, and this spot nailed it. The beach was perfect. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Farah was amazing. This was our first time here but I guarantee we will be back!

The room was perfect for my daughter and I. Loved the newly renovated shower. Loved being on the first floor and next to the stairs so we did not have to use the elevator. The balcony has very good quality and comfortable furniture and was a perfect view of the beach and sunsets. Would definitely stay there again.

Our go to Place

This is our second time staying here and it did not disappoint. This location on the 2 nd floor is the best. The balcony is huge and you can see everything on the beach. The added beach chair service added this year is an even greater bonus. We will come back to our go to place.

Amazing Vacation

Great place to stay

This place is so nice! It had everything we needed and more. Very convenient to have a washer and dryer. The view was great! It was centrally located to everything. We loved having a keypad instead of having to worry about having a key. We would stay here again.

Very convenient checkin and out process. Great location. The toilet made bubbling sounds all night and strange smell in the condo. Didn’t like the dark sheets but that’s my preference.

The property was as described. Being on a lower floor was so nice and the view was spectacular! Quick access to the beach and pool. Everything we needed for the best long weekend!
