COMFORTABLE LIVING SPACE
The living room features comfortable leather seating, a large-screen TV, and high-speed internet (200 Mbps) so you can relax after a day at the beach or stay connected during longer stays.

UPDATED KITCHEN
The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and a dishwasher, making meal preparation easy and convenient. The condo also features tile flooring throughout and a new A/C system for added comfort.

We had a wonderful month of warmth in Florida. The area is touristy, close to lots of things. The condo was beachside, not directly on the beach, but average.

Awesome Rental

I rented the condo because I was waiting to move into my apartment. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The checkin was very easy and the owners were totally awesome. They sent me information before checkin and followed up with me during the stay to ensure all was well. The location is very convenient to restaurants, shopping and of course the ocean. I’d recommend this to anyone desiring a comfortable vacation spot!

Our family loves spending time in Cocoa Beach and we’re always happy to share it with guests. The area offers the perfect mix of relaxation and activity — whether you want to enjoy the beach, stay active outdoors, or simply unwind by the ocean.

Cocoa Beach has a wonderful variety of restaurants, cafes, and casual beachside bars, so there’s always somewhere new to try. One of our favorite experiences is watching rocket launches from the beach. Seeing a launch from nearby Kennedy Space Center never gets old — it’s exciting every single time.

We also love the natural beauty of the area. It’s common to see sea birds, fish, dolphins, and even sea turtles along the shoreline. The wildlife and peaceful ocean views are part of what make Cocoa Beach such a special place for us, and we hope you’ll enjoy it just as much during your stay.
