Modern Cozy Home at Powderhorn Mountain Resort with AMENITIES

With mountain views of the horizon and the Grand Valley below, this completely updated 3 bed, 3.5 bath home is located at the base of Powderhorn Ski Resort. Powderhorn provides some of the softest powder in the winter and downhill biking and chair lift rides in the summer. Just up the road, Grand Mesa National Forest holds world class trout fishing, the Palisade Plunge mountain bike trail, scenic hiking trails, several restaurants, and an immense amount of wildlife, including moose, mule deer, elk, black bear, and marmot. Wildlife is often spotted right outside the home from 1 of the 3 back porches! Come relax and unwind inside with wireless internet, air conditioning, soaker bathtubs, a fully equipped kitchen, and a fireplace or step right outside for an adventure through all of what the Grand Mesa has to offer!

Kids are more than welcome - toys, games, books, Disney+, pack ‘n play crib, and a kids table provided.

Dogs welcome upon prior approval: Must be a completely potty trained, non-destructive, non-shedding (or appear to be non-shedding after you clean up their furnado prior to your check out), good boy/girl. We will even leave out a treat! We ask that pups do not get on any furniture and are not left unattended in the home unless crated.
**Additional charges will be billed if extra cleaning services have to be hired out for carpet cleaning, furniture cleaning, etc. from violation of any above pet policies.

Sleds provided for use during your stay in winter months. There is a sledding hill on the property just outside the front door!

Fishing poles and tackle box provided for use during your stay.

We live 30 minutes away in Palisade. We are always available by phone. We prefer to give you complete privacy, but are not too far away if needed in person!

Guests will have access to the entire house other than the following 3 locked spaces where we keep our belongings for our trips to Powderhorn:
-garage
-pantry
-1 of 2 closets in the master bedroom

Please do not block access for Unit A of the duplex to access their home if needed.

Groceries: Bloom Market is located in Mesa.
The next closest grocery store is Family Food Town in Palisade (~30 minute drive).
