Welcome to this clean and comfortable home located in beautiful Lees Summit, MO, Close to World cup! Complete with off street parking and outdoor patio with grill. Booster seat and high chair for kiddos. Remote work space with desk. Lots of local restaurants, including 54th Street grill, Cooper's Hawk both 2 miles away. Great local shopping (1.5 miles) and only a 20 minute drive to the Kansas City Royals and Chiefs stadiums, 30 minutes from Down Town and Central Station... Kansas City zoo only 20 minutes away.. Lots to do in Kansas city!

Nice Place!

My son and I stayed here and really enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean! The beds were comfortable and there were a few extra amenities like a hair dryer and soaps. Easy to find and pretty close to some nice shopping!

Clean and comfortable

This location was a great stay in an area near all types of food and coffee shops. Grocery stores are very close as well!!

Lee’s Summit

This place was exactly as advertised—no surprises, just good vibes. The two walk-in level bedrooms with their own bathroom? Total game changer. Upstairs? Comfy couches, dreamy beds, and fans in every room (perfect for blocking out those 4th of July fireworks… or snoring relatives). And don’t even get me started on the park right across the street—major bonus! Would 100% stay here again.

Perfect for our family thanksgiving

The property was clean and had everything we needed to celebrate the holiday. Plenty of space and well stocked with pots/pans and utensils. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent blend of economical and well cared for. Just what we were looking for. Pet friendly and did not seem like pets had been in the property. Property is a duplex. No problems with the neighbors. Does have slightly steep stairs.

Comfortable stay and centrally located

Our stay at Douglas's home was comfortable and it was nice to be centrally located. Great to have a fully stocked kitchen, extra blankets, and fans. Nice touch having a Keurig machine and coffee pods.

Great stay in Lee's Summit

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in LS visiting family. 100% pleased with this home for our stay. Cleanest property we have ever used. Had everything we needed, including a child gate for stairs & high chair (we had a 1 y/o with us). Owner very responsive, easy to work with. Look forward to staying here again. Highly recommend!!

Convieniently located with responsive owner!

The place was clean, easy to get to and the owner was great. We added a night with no problem, he replaced a broken fan immediately and always responded quickly.

Great location perfect for a family of 5 or 6

This is a great location in Lee Summit, just outside KC. There were four adults and one teenager in our group. It was perfect for us. Very close to Hy-Vee grocery store and lots of restaurants. Property was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

Great, comfortable stay

Stayed for a week with our pups and toddler in the middle of multiple cold weather events! House is well appointed and utilizes all space well. Property was clean, host is super responsive and accommodating, and we had everything we needed! Thank you!

Nice, clean and comfortable.

We stayed a few nights visiting family and found the house centralized for.our needs. The house was clean and comfortable. The steps are a little steep for anyone who may have mobility or joint issues.

We arrived at the property no problem it looked as pictured i only wish we knew the living room kitchen master bedroom were located on second floor. With steep steps older family members had trouble navigating but all and all everything went smooth no major issues and enjoyed our stay.

Good stay in Lee Summit

Everything was good, house was nice, clean etc. Just be aware that the 3rd room with the 2 twin beds is actually a day bed with a trundle and when the trundle is out you can't move in the room, just not ideal for 2 adults. Owner/Manager is super responsive to messages or any needs. Overall great stay.

Family Vacation

The property is how it looks in the pictures. They had anything you would need while staying there. They even made up a little basket of goodies for us, with snacks for the ages that would be staying. They were easy to get a hold of when needed.

Place to stay while we’re selling our house

The place was clean and well stocked. The managers even let us check in a few hours early to accommodate our situation. The only things I’d mention was there was only one tv, the stairs are very steep - bring a baby gate if you have little kids and the neighborhood is a tad crowded with cars and construction. Overall a great stay and godsend to us while we’re in transition.

Very Convenient in Lee’s Summit

The duplex unit is very convenient to lots of amenities in the area. 3 minute drive to the Hy-Vee. We went to Diametric Brewing one night which was about 4 minutes of driving. Lots of coffee, dining, fun options very close by. The stairs are steep, which wasn’t a problem for any of the adults or our 3 year old but I feel is worth mentioning for anyone that is considering staying here. Doug has great communication and seems to really want his guests to have a nice stay. Would recommend.

Under Construction

Ultimately my friends and I were charmed by our stay at this town home suite in Lee's Summit. The building was sturdy and clean. We enjoyed sitting together in the communal area with the television and couches. As our stay went on it felt clear that some of the most recent renovations in the building were done in haste. For example, the back door still had the manufacturing film on the glass, and the downstairs bathroom shower knob had been installed incorrectly. There were also a number of bugs due to a considerable amount of construction going in the front yard during our stay. We didn't mind too terribly since we were not there too often, but when we were, this was a source of annoyance. The kitchen was a plus.
