Harbor Walk

Great place to stay. Loved everything about the Harbor walk. Water taxi to beach was cool, saw dolphins. A short drive back over the bridge was a big beautiful white beach with restaurants and a long pier. Would love to go back in the spring.

Great place, but could be better stocked

We loved the apartment, but it could have been better stocked with toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. Great stay though.

Overall the stay was great! Beautiful view and perfect location. It was a little smaller than I thought and didn’t have enough bath towels. I would book this condo again.

We loved the condo we stayed in! Very clean and the view was amazing! Wish there was some cleaner there for the counters and if we could have gotten towels from the front desk would have been nice. We would totally stay there again in the future. Thanks for making our first trip to Destin amazing

Lovely Destin Vacation

Rental was nice, and the location was great. We loved the private beach area for Emerald Grande guests, water was calm so my 3 year old loved it. Only downside was the construction going on at the pool area, and the condo could have been cleaned a little better. But overall we had great stay.

I’m truly sorry to hear your stay wasn’t fully satisfactory. The only concern we were made aware of was the check-in process at the resort front desk. As soon as you reached out, we immediately contacted the front desk and had the issue resolved. From what we understand, the registration was not filled out that was required by you in advance. It is the resort's policy and not ours. To be fair, we didn’t hear from you again during your stay — had we known of any other concerns, we would have done everything we could to make things right for you. We truly value your feedback and appreciate the chance to improve.

The room had a bad odor as soon as you entered. There was sand in the bunk bed. There were food particles on the living room furniture. I have emailed these same issues to two other sources who say it's not their area. Disappointed in the room.

I’m sorry to hear you were disappointed in the property. You mentioned reaching out by email, but we don’t have any record of an email thread in VRBO or a direct text. You were provided our text number, and we didn’t receive a reply to any of our notifications. We always follow up promptly when concerns are brought to our attention, and we would have done everything possible to ensure your stay was perfect if given the opportunity. If you spoke with the front desk about issues with the room, it’s true they would not have been able to assist, as they only manage certain units at this resort. Unfortunately, this can sometimes leave guests feeling frustrated, which is why we encourage direct communication with us for the quickest resolution.
