Welcome to The Happy Hibiscus! We are located in a perfect location where we can catch the sunrise and sunset, less than 100 yards to the beautiful, Passage Key Inlet and a short walk to the white sand beaches on Bean Point! Located on the north end of Anna Maria, this 4 BR home comfortably sleeps 8. With large bedrooms and a spacious floor plan, this house is perfect for gathering. Game room, Private heated salt water pool and hot tub, putting green and outdoor games all for your enjoyment!

This home has been beautifully updated and has a wonderful airy feel, with views of the crystal clear blue waters just 100 yards away! Newer appliances, floors and comfy furniture await your stay. You`ll love the open concept backyard with our patio that overlooks the pool and hot tub. This offers an amazing area to spend time with loved ones while grilling out and swimming.

Our listings are typically Saturday to Saturday but if we are within 2 weeks and you need different days please send a request - do not instabook.

Parking on the island can be difficult. Luckily this driveway easily holds 8 cars and everything is a walk or bike ride away!

We give guests their privacy but can be available when needed:)

There is so much to do on Anna Maria island! Our Favorites include: Morning walks on the beach, bike riding around the island, shopping at the local stores that are within walking distance, sunset dining at the Rod and Reel Pier and the Anna Maria Island City Pier, both within a 10 minute walk from The Happy Hibiscus.

Guests can walk to the beach, nearby park with picnic tables, restaurants and shopping:) Our driveway can fit 8 cars comfortably. Anna Maria Island also offers a trolley that can carry you from the city pier all the way to Coquina Beach. Golf cart rentals are available on the island.

*NO PARTIES/EVENTS/MEETINGS INSIDE THE HOME, ETC (hosts live nearby, do NOT book or inquire if this is your intention)

*THE RESERVATION HOLDER MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD AND PRESENT AT THE HOME (booking on behalf of someone else is prohibited)

*NO UNREGISTERED/UNDECLARED VISITORS ALLOWED ON OR INSIDE THE HOME AT ANY TIME (for insurance reasons, only guests who are declared prior to arrival will be allowed in this vacation rental)

*NO SMOKING/ VAPING/ DRUGS/ UNDERAGE DRINKING OF ANY KIND INSIDE THE PROPERTY (we reserve the right to remove your entire group immediately if we find this is happening during your stay)

*DO NOT LEAVE DOORS OPEN (it is a safety hazard and will cause moisture to build inside the home, which can result in mildew)

*GUESTS AGREE TO VACATE THE PROPERTY ON END DATE STATED ON RESERVATION. HOSTS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REGAIN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY THE SAME DAY. GUESTS WHO REFUSE TO VACATE THE PROPERTY BY CHECKOUT TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED TO BE TRESPASSING.

*GUESTS AGREE TO LOCK ALL DOORS WHEN LEAVING THE HOME FOR ANY REASON (Missing or damaged items will result in recovery fees billed to the reservation holder- protect your belongings and our property by making sure the doors are locked no matter what).
