Excellent stay

We enjoyed our vacation at this beautiful property. There was plenty of room for our family of five. We spend most of our time at the pool and the beach, which is a short two minute walk from the house. The house is well stocked. Plenty of towels, beach chairs, kitchen supplies and toiletries. The Owner, Dave was easy to work with. Overall, we had a great time and would return again.

Great Family Vacation

We had a great stay at this property. We were disappointed in quite a few things that were broken/dirty but Dave was very responsive during our stay and fixed most of the issues. The property is great and you can’t beat being right across the street from the beach! We will be back!

Wonderful Property for Extended Family Vacation

We very much enjoyed our stay, the location was fabulous and away from the summertime Hussle and Bussle of Panama City Beach. Beach is less than a 2 minute walk and there are a couple of local bar/dining establishments also within a couple of minute walk

Cute beach house!!

We really enjoyed our stay! There were a few issues with appliances but Dave was super quick about fixing them. Only a short walk from the beach, well stocked, and fun pool! Nearby restaurants were great, too!

Nice Little Beach Vacation

We stayed here for a few days. It's a nice, little place that's only a few minute walk to the public beach access dock. The outside area is very nice with more than enough seating for everyone. Place came completely stocked with everything you need (towels, kitchen utensils, cookware, and more). Location is very convenient to grocery stores and restaurants as well.

Perfect friends trip

My group of friends since childhood stayed in this house for a week for our annual beach trip. There was a slight issue when we arrived that Dave resolved immediately. We had a great stay here with the beautiful outdoor area, the pool was great, and the location on Thomas drive is just what we wanted. We had a great time and memories made in this house & we plan to return next year!!

Great location…some issues with the TVs. Dave responded quickly and was able to change them out. Space is a bit smaller and more dated than expected, but enjoyed our stay and the pool a lot.

Amazing stay!

This home is perfect for a family beach vacation! It is clean with comfortable beds and a well-stocked kitchen. We loved having a private pool and covered space to eat in the shade during the day. Beach access is 👌👌👌! So close and not crowded at all. Definitely a perk having extra floats and beach chairs at the home. The kids loved the putting green! Dave was super responsive and helpful throughout the process. Truly a gem of a beach home!

Family Vacation

We very much enjoyed our stay. There are a few things that would have made it somewhat better. There were not enough towels and washcloths. We had to do laundry twice a day in order for the entire family to shower. The house is a bit outdated. You have to enter through the master bedroom if you’re at the pool. If not, you have to walk around the front of the house. The Master Bedroom on the pool side stayed very hot. The doors to the bathroom don’t shut completely. The house is stocked well with all the cooking supplies you need. It’s a very easy short walk to the beach. The pool areas is nice but very small. There were some things that could be improved but overall it was a nice place to stay.
