This 3-bedroom 2-bath restored Victorian gem in Baja King William historic district is located on a quiet street 2-3 blocks from bustling South Alamo with its restaurants and shops, and another 3 blocks from the quiet part of the riverwalk that leads north to downtown and south to Blue Star complex and the Mission Reach.
Nice place. I am not sure i would want to stay here during summer. Old house with single pane windows and they prefer you not set temp below 72. For us in spring it was perfect.
The outside of the property was a bit off-putting as there didn't appear to be any grounds maintenance, however the inside was as depicted, quaint, clean and spacious. The two bathrooms were within two of the bedrooms which is a bit awkward for occupants of the 3rd bedroom. The one bed and bath were up a flight of stairs and was very private. The kitchen had all amenities microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker, dishes and utensils as well as the major appliances. They were all newer and very clean. it was a 5 minute drive and less than a 1/2 hour walk to downtown hotels and attractions. Overall an nice place to stay. the owner responded quickly to inquiries.
