Bright and Beautiful Main Floor Condo
This beautiful, quiet home is a fully furnished condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located on the border of Centennial/Parker/Aurora, very near to DTC and Centennial Airport. Guests will enjoy a clean, modern, professional condo to relax while exploring the many Colorado attractions that are close by. Also, enjoy the many amenities that surround this property such as the Cherry Creek bike trail, as well as dinning and shopping within walking distance.
The Space:
This condo provides you with all the comforts of a home away from home. Fully furnished home includes a kitchen with everything you need to host a dinner with friends or make breakfast in the morning, bathrooms stocked with soaps and shampoo along with towels for you to use, and pillow top mattresses for a peaceful night sleep.
*Any stay over 1 week MAY be charged an additional $50 per week cleaning fee
Guest access:
Condo includes a full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, and 2 bedrooms. Everything you need includes bedding, towels, cookware, coffee maker, blender and dishes all right at your finger tips, wireless high-speed internet. There is also a community pool and hot tub available for your pleasure during the summer season.
**NOTE: The pool is ONLY open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Owners live close by and can be available for questions and assistance throughout your stay.
Neighborhood overview:
The condo is conveniently located in Centennial just 5 minutes from I-25 and close to the Denver Tech Center (7 miles away). The property also sits close to the Centennial Airport, Denver Broncos training facility, Inverness properties and centrally located half way between Denver and Colorado Springs. There are parks and trails within walking distance, including the Cherry Creek Reservoir, in addition to several different restaurants to choose from, as well as grocery store, movie theatre and bowling alley. This home is located in the Cherry Creek School District. There is are many things to do in Colorado! On the weekend enjoy a get-a-way to the many wonderful Colorado Springs, Denver and Boulder attractions. Host is available at all times to assist with your questions regarding distance, travel, tips, etc. and you are encouraged to call for suggestions and information. This property is only 3 miles from Parker Adventist Hospital where one of the Rocky Mountain Fertility Clinic offices are located.
Getting around:
There are several light rail stations located near this property that will take you to DTC, Downtown Denver, south to Lone Tree and Littleton and even cities much farther north like Golden or Westminster. There are also many Uber and Lyft drivers for a quick ride to where ever you need to go.
The property is very safe with security cameras located in the common areas and parking lots. Garages are available for an additional $10.00 per night upon request.
**THIS IS A NO SMOKING HOUSE INSIDE OR OUTSIDE. IF THERE IS SMOKING THERE WILL BE A $300.00 FEE AND A REMOVAL FROM THE PREMISES**
