Parking is ample. Furniture is very comfortable. Kitchen is functional and outdoor grill available. Clean and beautiful decor.Easy access to Botanic Gardens and Denver Museum and lots of good restaurants nearby too. And if course the State Park

It's great that the location worked out well too, with easy access to the Botanic Gardens, the Denver Museum, the State Park, and plenty of good restaurants nearby.

We had an excellent experience as a fist time VRBO family. Accommodations were as expected and very neat and comfortable. Master suite was very nice and all things were very nice overall. We were able to bring our 2 small pets and they did fine as well. All our requests were answered promptly and hosts were helpful. Parking was fine and had a secured gate for our entrance. If we travel again we will definitely look back to stay here. Thank you so much!

Great spot. I had a last second change in my trip to the Denver area and cancelled my hotel only to have a better option with this home. We were not there much but we felt comfortable. I hope to stay here in the future.

Clean calm comfortable

My boyfriend and I were moving to another state. We needed a comfortable and safe place to stay and park our car since we had a lot of things in it and on top. We only needed it for a few night until our movers got going as well. This house was perfect. It was everything we needed and had a fully stocked kitchen. It was very clean, comfortable, pretty, and the mattress was so good, I didn't want to get out of bed. We also loved the rain shower. The couches were comfortable and the primary bathroom is huge. Which is a plus when two people are getting ready at the same time. The outdoor area was also really cute. When I come back to visit my friends in Colorado I will be staying here for sure.

The property was well kept and clean. As mentioned in one of the other reviews I was surprised when there were signs in the bathroom that said to not flush toilet paper but to place in a waste can. Although I have stayed at places that required this I do not like the practice, Also, as mentioned in the other review it took a bit to get used to opening and locking the swing gate, but it got easier with time. Property was the best stocked place I have ever stayed at. It had extra trash bags, paper towels, detergent, coffee and seasoning. When we tried to use the dishwasher, it did not work. I called and in 15 minutes a guy showed up and corrected the problem. The TV is huge. around 80".I would have given this an excellent rating if it wasn't for the flushing issue.
