Pet friendly! With Camp Helen St. Park as your backyard, The Westin 30A Retreat is so much more than a beach house at the beginning of famous Hwy 30A. This newly constructed home, located in the Grande Point neighborhood of Inlet Beach, provides both outdoor adventure and relaxation for adults and kids alike. Even your pets can have their own outdoor adventures. Yes, the white sands and emerald waters are less than a mile away. Yes, the Grande Pavilion and pool are less than a 5-minute walk from the house. You also have every outdoor activity you can think of in your back yard of Camp Helen. From hiking to biking, the opportunities are vast and it is all right there for you. Take a kayak out on Powell Lake, under the Hwy 98 bridge to Phillips Inlet and on to the coastline.

The retreat comes complete with ebikes and normal bikes and a bike cart. There is no better way to get to the beach, to restaurants or to shopping than on a bike. We have 1 inflatable kayak that can be launched from the dock just past the pull a short walk from the house. After a day of adventure, a fully furnished back deck and fire pit await. It is the best way to end any active day.

The open living room, dining area and kitchen become the center of all meals, entertainment and simply being together. The large flat-screen TV is visible throughout so no one will miss the last play of the game or scene of a movie.

The Westin 30A Retreat provides you with an electric stove top and accompanying stainless, high-end appliances, that along with the fabulous counter tops can transform you into a master chef. Everything you need to prepare the big meal is provided for you. You can even step out to the back porch and throw something on the grill. When relaxing means simple and all you need is a quick snack and beverage, this kitchen provides that with ease.

The Westin 30A Retreat extends its beauty and comfort to the bedrooms. When it is time to head to your space, it can truly be your space. Three words, MASTER ON MAIN. The first of two master suites are on the first floor. Just the accommodations needed for those that prefer not to do stairs. It has a king bed and its own en suite bathroom with large walk-in shower. The Grande Master Suite is on the 2nd floor. With a king bed, recliner, private workstation, and private furnished balcony, you could spend all your time there. The en suite bathroom has dual vanities, large walk-in shower, and giant soaking tub. The guest room also has a king bed, its own en suite bathroom with shower/tub combo. Last but not least is the large Bunk Room with 6 twin bunk beds.

On the 2nd floor, at the top of the stairs you are greeted with second living area. This living area includes 6 large, plush chairs in front of a large flat screen TV with sound bar. It's your own mini theater! A 4-seat table provides a great spot to play cards, board games or the ultimate snack and beverage setup.

On the 2nd floor is also a full-size washer and dryer. Perfect for what the outdoor adventures will bring.

Inlet Beach is just a short walk and even shorter bike ride form the house. Pack up the beach gear and head straight down to your choice of 3 beach accesses. When you would prefer something without sand, a short walk from the house, along Powell Lake is the Grade Pavilion and pool. Just another great place to escape for Florida sun and soaking in the cool waters of the luxury pool.
