If you are looking for luxury living with countless amenities, we welcome you to Bailey’s Barn. The crown jewel of The Lookout! This newly constructed modern farmhouse is situated on arguably the most prime lake-view lot in the neighborhood. Sitting on the bluff with commanding views of Lake Chelan towards downtown. The best seat in the valley for the annual 4th of July Celebration and Fire Works show!

No expense was spared in this build. With 3 levels of luxury living including 3 bedrooms, 5 baths, and 6 custom built-in bunk beds. This house is built to sleep the masses, comfortably accommodating 18. Thoughtfully designed with the master suite on the main floor. So, while this home lives large it is perfect for a couple’s retreat or a friend’s weekend as well.

Upon entry, you will be met with a light and bright chef’s kitchen with a large open living room and soaring cathedral ceilings. The living room features a La Cantina sliding glass wall system that seamlessly extends the living space outdoors to the generous deck space and BBQ. The home is elegantly furnished with Restoration Hardware furniture and creative art pieces.

The kitchen is outfitted with beautiful granite countertops with bar stool seating for 4, as well as appliances from Viking and Subzero. If you are passionate about cooking and entertaining, enjoy using all of the tools/gadgets, small appliances & high-end feel of the kitchen. Gather around and enjoy the large dining area that seats 10.

A custom-built barn door will offer privacy from the main floor as you escape to the master bedroom and full bath. You will also have access to a spacious laundry room, complete with a washer/dryer/drying rack and a built-in ice machine.

Stay cozy indoors with a premium billiards table in the loft, a shuffleboard table in the media room, & ping pong table.

Sports lovers will enjoy access to DirectTV across 6 Sony Smart TVs. The media room includes a 75-inch TV, a 4K Blu-ray DVD, and an Xbox One.

Need to get a little work done? Bailey’s barn includes gigabit fiber internet and an industrial-grade WIFI network. A 240v ChargePoint EV charger is available in the garage to charge your Tesla or any other electric car.

Bailey’s Barn is designed for outdoor lovers who will enjoy views out of almost any window and the patio. Start your day with a cup of coffee or end your day with a glass of wine on the outdoor patio outfitted with an oversized BBQ. In addition, there is an outdoor fire pit and an upgraded hot tub with lake views.

Within walking are two community pools to choose from, pickleball, Vin du lac winery, marina & lakeside. Downtown Lake Chelan is a 20-minute walk.

This is a dog-friendly home, but please only crate-trained dogs. No puppies, aggressive dogs, or dogs over 90 pounds.

Amazing home!

Perfect getaway weekend for 30th birthday!

This property was beyond my expectations and is by far the best home I have ever stayed at for a getaway. The house had everything we needed, the beds are comfortable, the view is beautiful, and all of the extra additions (pool table, shuffle board, arcade table, hot tub) was a cherry on top. Check-in and check-out was easy and everything in between went smoothly. The property management company even called the 2nd day of our stay to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. 10/10 recommend for anyone who wants a worthwhile stay in Chelan. We’re already talking about coming back and staying here in the summer :)

The furnishings and housewares are stocked beyond belief. There was everything you could ever possibly need! Incredible kitchen, plenty of sleeping options with tons of pillows, towels, and anything else you might think of. Multiple multi-use media rooms to help keep the kids entertained. The view of Lake Chelan was gorgeous and we enjoyed the pools and beach onsite. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Great family vacation in Chelan

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Baileys Barn has an ideal location at The Lookout. The shuttle stop (runs from 9A to 8pm) is directly across the street. There is live music on Saturdays that you can enjoy from your massive porch overlooking the lake. The property was well maintained and had high end appliances (Viking / Sun Zero). Two things to note: the home has beds to sleep 18. However, there are only 3 bedrooms. The media room has 4 full bunks - and no door. The loft is directly above the kitchen and has two twins (no door). Also, the hot tub is on the Main Street so lacks privacy. Otherwise: A+ rental!

Great House, Location, and View

The location across from the park gives amazing views of Chelan and acts like a large lawn. We were there for MDW and had amazing live music in the park each evening. The only issue is the undersized garbage cans for a house that fits 16 conformably resulted in a dump run.

The home itself is gorgeous every detail is perfectly thought out. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the views are unmatched. What a remarkable way to spend my wedding weekend! 10/10 recommend this house and will definitely be booking it again! The processes of booking and accessing the house were flawless!

This is not our first time staying but it sure is our last

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Make sure to inspect the entire home including all TVs and electronics before you settle in. We stayed at Bailey's Barn recently and found out one of the downstairs TV was broken when our friend was going to bed + she turned on the TV. We took a time stamped photo and called the next day about it. A male worker (don’t remember his name) provided the manager's email (Michael) to send him photos and said that he was going to take note on our reservation so that we would not get charged. Michael never responded but based off of worker’s response, we thought we were in the clear and things were good.It's been a week and we JUST got an email from the team saying they are holding our deposit to replace the damaged TV because they said that during inspection it wasn't broken and that we never called (even though we did call..) The team also said that no one has stayed in that home for over a month, which is fine, but then WHO did the inspection and WHEN did they do it?We are in contact with a woman named Jazmin who is arguing that we did it. We asked for proof of photo that the TV was working beforehand with a time stamp and date and asked to see a recording of the ring cameras to see when “said worker” came to inspect and she is refusing to provide either. We have asked to escalate to the manager because she is refusing to send photos or proof and that it’s her words against ours.We have proof that we spoke to the worker (call log), have screenshots of the email we sent to Michael, and a time-stamped photo of when we found out the TV was damaged. The team's lack of communication on the backend before sending out that email to us AND holding our deposit is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. We've stayed at this home multiple times and have NEVER had an issue. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed in the Lookout rentals and will be booking elsewhere when staying in Chelan.

Chose the house for its prime location across from the Overlook Park and they layout for a pre and post wedding gathering with friends and family also staying in houses throughout the community. It was a perfect choice with the various gathering spots, kitchen was well equipped with serving platters/bowls, the sound system was fantastic and the giant dining table and marble counter were perfect for serving catered meals and bar set up. And our little pups felt welcome too! Loved our stay.

Extended Labor Day Weekend

The attention to detail is impressive -- plenty of wine glasses, labeled light fixtures, easy-to-use music system & hot tub & firepit, plus an impressive set of kitchen appliances. The location is prime. We watched the neighborhood Labor Day concert series from the deck. We walked over to Vin Du Lac for wine tasting. We ambled down to the lake for swimming and paddleboarding. And there's nothing quite like morning tea on the deck overlooking that Lake Chelan view.

We were able to enjoy lake Chelan, Bailey's barn offered endless entertainment pool table, ping pong, and a fantastic shuffle board table. The house its self is absolutely beautiful modern features, well equipped kitchen, beds for days. A concert took place in the park across the street, we were able to watch from the balcony it felt like our own private event.
