“Looking to enjoy staying in a comfortable place”, we have a beautiful 2 story house with 3 bedroom and 1.5 bathroom conveniently located in the heart of Overland Park. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The house has a 60 inch curved Samsung TV with High speed fiber internet throughout the house. The house has huge area for sitting there is one couch in the garage and 2 couches in the basement for sitting or working if needing a quiet place. The house has 2 Queen, 2 Twins, and one couch for sleeping.

A nice visit

My family of 4 stayed here when my son had a 3-day futsal tournament at the nearby New Century Fieldhouse. The location was great - lots of good restaurants nearby.

Good basic rental, no frills. Suited our needs. Kitchen could be better stocked. Sitting on the back deck was lovely.

Residence not prepared for our stay

The main issue with the property was that it was not properly cleaned for guests prior to arrival. The owner was responsive and issued a refund promptly.

I apologize for inconvenience. There was couple of hair on the black pillow that remained after wash and fell off on the sheet and we just got red of the black pillow cases so we can see if there is any hair on the sheet.

Perfect Location & Comfortable Home

We stayed 6 nights. The home and location were absolutely perfect for us. We were linking up with our cousin who lives in Kansas City and our Aunt & Cousin staying in Lawrence for a graduation. We used our home as the meeting point for our daily adventures. There was enough room for all 5 of us to sit around the dining table & play games or sit in the living room and talk or watch TV. Strang Hall restaurants and Popcornopolis were within walking distance - along with multiple cute shops. It was also easy to get to Lawrence, and all the sights in Kansas City. We only used 2 of the 3 bedrooms. Both beds were very comfortable. The towels were nice & fluffy. It was so helpful to have helpful instructions in a binder on the kitchen island. The kitchen was fairly well appointed - we had what we needed for the trip. The house is clean, beautifully redecorated, modern & comfortable. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Kansas City

Great location & overall great price.

Perfect for 3 couples or a family of 6-7. Had a wonderful time during our 3-day long weekend. Spent evenings outside enjoying the private backyard, big deck & very comfortable patio furniture. Would definitely recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a home away from home.

Nice place for 4-6 people when compared to staying in hotels. Great location and close to everything in the KC area. If you have 4-6 people that need a place to stay at night while you are doing things in the KC area, this is a good option. One note - there are two bathrooms but only one shower/tub in the main bathroom.
