Great place to stay!

This is a beautiful and very clean property. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and shower. The beds were very comfortable! We will definitely be back!

Great property for group stay

Very clean and comfortable, has all the necessities. Everyone loved having their own rooms and bathrooms and we also enjoyed the outdoor seating area. Would definitely recommend.

Clean and Comfortable

Accommodation was perfect for our party of 8 (4 couples), very modern, clean comfortable, had all the essentials you need. Location was in a convenient location for Downtown which was only a short Uber ride away. Would stay again next time we visit Nashville.

We enjoyed our stay at Beautiful Sophisticated Boutique. The beds were very comfortable and house was clean. The area is not very walk-able, we used Uber to get around.

Comfortable

This place was a great location to downtown Nashville. The beds are super comfy and plenty of room for 4 couples. The after pressure is amazing in the showers. Loves the shampoo/conditioner supplied along with body wash. Would rent this place again.

Great Townhouse!

We enjoyed the townhouse very quiet, we just wished it was closer to the downtown area we spent a lot ubering back & forth all weekend. It definitely is not walking distance by no means.

The condo was very clean. Deron had everything setup and was a phone call away if we needed him, which we didn't because he took care of everything before hand.

Birthday get away.

The place was nice, beds comfortable. Neighborhood a little sketchy, but we already knew that from other reviews. The only complaint was the refrigerator not working properly, not cooling to potential and freezer didn't freeze. This apparently was a complaint months ago and never fixed.

Sister 60th Birthday!

Our stay was awesome it was nice to have all the bathroom space, very clean and quite. I would stay again when in Nashville. My suggestions for next stay: 2 towels person(some women would like a second towel). Seating in the living room- possibly a couch that seats 4 comfortably. sitting around talking about our adventures on limited seating could have been better.

21st Birthday Celebration

Granddaughter wanted to go to Nashville for her 21st Birthday with friends and family and we found this location online and she was impressed with it and asked to stay there. It was close to Broadway and all other attractions she wanted to see, and it was especially nice having a bathroom in each room and half bath downstairs since we had six staying in the place. This allowed us to get ready for the day and then the evening a lot quicker than having to wait for all six of us to use just one bathroom. Beds were comfortable and everything was decorated nicely which gave that home feeling. Would definitely use this place again if we go again.

Girls trip Birthday celebration

Comfortable fit for 7 ladies! Convenient to everything!! Small mishap with unit booking but quickly resolved!! Very pleased with communication. Not sure we actually had security in the area. Bothersome since every Uber driver suggested the area was not safe. Would suggest additional towels.

The unit was great fit all of us comfortably, the only complaint was the refrigerator wasn’t working properly, when I let the property manager they sent maintenance over and said it was working properly and to take everything out of the doors so when we got back we did and left again and made sure the doors were pushed shut but when returned it was still warm and the freezer was cold but all the ice was melting, I gave up on tryin to get it fixed

Wonderful property

I would absolutely stay here again. The property is beautiful, clean, and well kept. It is in a great location (short Lyft ride can get you anywhere you want to go), well stocked, and well organized on managements part. The communication was quick and easy and I definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Nashville.

One word -- FANTASTIC!

We had 4 couples in our group and this place was PERFECT! Went to Nashville for the Elton John concert and it was a quick Uber ride to downtown. Very clean place, super cool decor, and with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (+1 on the main level) it couldn't have worked out any better. There was also a nice sitting area outside that we used quite a bit too. Will definitely stay here again if we travel to Nashville again.

Spacious and clean!

The photos of this listing does not accurately convey just how spacious this property is. Each room has a bathroom and walk in closet attached. The property was extremely clean, cleaner than any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Host was easy to work with and communicated check-in and check-out process very thoroughly. Property has an easy-to-use alarm system that makes you feel extra safe. Right outside the unit there was a covered patio area with furniture, which was enjoyable. Overall a very positive experience. Would absolutely recommend this property to anyone.
