Welcome to our family vacation home in Venice Florida. This is one of our homes away from home and we enjoy sharing it with others. My name is Lucky and I make booking online easy, fast and secure. Lucky Vacation Homes, I usually respond very quickly.

Our lovely private home with swimming pool and pool cage with 2 bedrooms, 3rd bedroom has a pull- out sofa bed, 2 bathrooms. Smart TV with Roku and apps like Netflix, WIFI of course!. No Cable TV. Large fenced in private garden, close to three local beaches. Manasota Key beach 8 minute drive, Caspersens Beach 15 min and Venice beach 15 mins. These are all really the same beach along the coast with different access point. All have free parking and bathrooms. If you are staying 30 days or more you can purchase a monthly pass for $50 to the private South Venice Association sandy beach, wonderful bikes paths and local fantastic places for kayaking. Everything except food included, just bring swimsuit and flipflops! Close to village and restaurants in nice neighborhood! Well maintained by loving owner and very clean! There is a a great selection of restaurants and plenty of shopping and convenient grocery stores! Also close to bike trails for your to use the two bikes included at the house. Plenty of places to use the kayaks too. My home is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), adult groups of up to 6 persons. Your well behaved furry friend can come too with $150 pet fee.

The beautiful new pool is fully enclosed with pool screened cage, with pool toys for everyone! Can be heated if desired with a daily fee! The house has an open layout, is spacious, well maintained, recently remodeled and we've tried to include everything that you might need for your fun filled vacation. There is a king bedroom, a queen bedroom and another closed room with a double fold out sofa bed with a new super comfortable tempurpedic mattress.. The living room and kitchen are open plan and great for enjoying family time. Lovely sun room and screened in patio. Large garden fully fenced for your privacy.

You will have access to the whole home, very comfortable with large smart flat screen tv with Apple TV and Netflix, can sleep up to 7 guests, laundry room area with washer and dryer for your use. There are two bicycles, with helmets, pump and bike lock. Also two kayaks, paddles, life vests and. At top carrier! A large screened in lanai and patio with Weber gas grill. The large garden is fully fenced for your privacy!

You have the whole home for yourself. I don't bother you, it's completely private! During your stay you can email, text or call me - I am very responsive to your needs! I am here to take care of you!

The closest beach is 8 minutes away by car Manasota beach. Monthly guests can purchase a $50 pass to the private HOA section of Manasota beach. Less than a mile from the house, fantastic for walking, swimming and prehistoric shark tooth finding!
