Welcome to Rising Tides Properties Condo 609, a bright and beautifully furnished one-bedroom, two-bathroom oceanfront condo located on the 6th floor in the heart of Garden City Beach, South Carolina. Just an elevator ride from the beach and less than a mile from the Garden City Pier, this coastal retreat offers everything you need to relax and make lasting memories by the sea.

Queen-size bed in the master bedroom with private ensuite (tub/shower combo)

King Murphy bed in the living room—comfortable and easy to tuck away

Second full bathroom off the hallway with a walk-in shower

Spacious dining area with an island that seats six

We were arriving late and Rising Tides Properties accomodated our late arrival and made everything very quick and easy for us. The condo was clean with a great view. The Murphy bed also worked well for us. The location was great as well. We enjoyed our stay and will be looking to book with Rising Tides Properties in the future.

Great time!

I love staying at Waters Edge and love Rising Tide Properties. This was my second experience with them and they are always welcoming and ready to help in any way. We could not make it for early check in but that was offered. My grandchildren (10 and 11) had a great time at the family friendly dance party!
