With over 1,285 square feet of space, this two-bedroom condo in Pensacola beach accommodates seven guests comfortably. It also has nice updates such as granite counters and wet bar.

A very nice family friendly place. Right on the beach.

We had seven total people stay (two families). Plenty of room for all of us. Big family room/dining room. Beautiful view of the pool/ocean. Very fun trip!

Beautiful location right on the beach overlooking the pool!!

Great condo layout. Bedrooms and bathrooms worked perfect for us. Very convenient location on the 3rd floor and very quiet. Property and grounds were very well taken care of. The pool and beach access were awesome!!

A getaway with friends who enjoyed the beach and location of condo.

Excellent location at Pensacola beach and condo had a wonderful view. Property was very clean and loved the beach access. Condo was clean but needed a little love primarily painting. 🙂

Great place

Condo is as listed with everything you would need. Everything was in working order. Quiet part of the beach. Weather was the best in 3 years. Looking at booking again next year!

First Time Condo Renter, Definitely Not the Last!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The location is ideal for rejuvenation and relaxation. It’s family-oriented and family-friendly. The app was very helpful, and we had keyless entry which was very convenient. The Gulf view is spectacular! Our only issues were poor wi-fi connection in the Master Bedroom and the Dishwasher touchpad needs to be replaced.

Literally have to bring everything you need…beach chairs, towels, hairdryer, any & all spices. Twin & queen not comfortable at all. We have definitely stayed in better condos in the same building!

Great Vacation

This condo had a beautiful view of the Gulf and of the pool. It was wonderful opening the balcony door and listening to the waves! The rooms were spacious and the condo was clean. The condo was close to restaurants and shops, but also far enough away from the crowded touristy areas. Great location! We can't wait to return when the trolley is running and when the construciton on the walkway to the beach is open.

Condo less than expected

The property is definitely under renovation. The lobby smelled musty. The workers were definitely loud. The location was great. The condo was less than perfect unfortunately. Drains in tubs were slow. Carpet in master bedroom was dirty looking in spots. There was trash under the bed left from previous renters.

We rented condo Regency Tower East for 6 nights. The condo has seen better days, It is older condo and show his age. Location is perfect, right by the beach.We have had a little disappointment with our condo.On three TVs only one work in the living room.In the master bedroom on three nightstand lights only one worked . Every room including hallway .show some kind of abuse and we understand it partially. The main disappointment to us was the ongoing renovation of the building-replacing hallways floor tiles and carpets on our 3th floor.. Noise and dust from power hammers was ongoing all first day of our staying .Dust and dirt was our vacation companion .We complain to rental company Southern Vacation Rental told us that they posted construction notice of this building on their website but apparently Orbitz did not inform me about it at the time of booking .Because of our bad experience we give this location only only 2 stars.

One of my faves!

We have been going to Pensacola Beach for years and this trip was the first time we stayed on this property. I loved it! Property was easy to find. Checking in and out was a breeze. Condo was clean and spacious. There is a great view of the beach and pool. Easy access to beach. I would highly recommend this property. I would love to stay here again.

Beautiful property close enough to all the attractions but far enough away to not be super crowded!

Super easy check in process, beautiful property with all the amenities. Great pool for a break from the ocean, short walk to private beach area that never seemed to be super crowded. Only a few miles from the National shores that were untouched early morning and great for finding big beautiful shells!
