Great place to stay and close to Main Street

Communication with the owners was top notch. Loved being able to walk to town and explore the historic places.

Absolutely perfect rental home and process. All amenities and AC worked flawlessly and communication was clear and accurate. We enjoyed the weekend with plenty to do in town. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was spacious. The outdoor fire and bbq area is well kept and has room to spread out. Would highly recommend and will return!

Amazing place to stay!!

We loved our time here! I got married this past Sunday and my bridesmaids and I stayed here before the wedding! It was absolutely perfect!

Cousins weekend getaway

Our getaway was perfect with our stay at Doves Nest Guest House! The house was very comfortable and close to everything we wanted to see and do. My cousin told her family there is no reason to ever stay in a hotel again!

Nice stay for our small group

We had a small group of friends in town for a wedding, and this was a great economical and well cared for stay for us. Nice gathering area, kitchen, and bedrooms, and was only a few blocks away from downtown where the wedding was.

Weekend trip.

Comfortable well furnished place. Close to attractions. Good selection of streaming movies. Nice area, it is a little musty smelling but it is an older home. We had a good stay.

Anniversary Vacation

Overall, had a wonderful time staying here. My husband and I loved how we were walking distance to the city. Short driving distance to some of the best wineries in Missouri. Would love to book another trip again.

Wonderful home away!

The house was perfect for a short family vacation. My 2 toddlers had a great time. My 3 yo decided he wanted to live there and not go home!

Awesome, cozy space

Such a cute boho chic space. Very accommodating. I like that they had chargers and lots of extra linen and towels. Definitely recommend. Trolley to the wineries will pick up from front door!

Great little cottage!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Dove’s Nest. The house was perfect for our wine country long weekend. It was well stocked in the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. The beds were comfortable. The location was great, just down the street from quaint little shops and some restaurants, an easy walk. The host was very accessible. She thought of everything you could need. Not to mention, the house is just super cute! We loved the decor. We would definitely stay here again!

Sister weekend

We come down to Ste Genevieve for sister trip several times a year. Our parents live down there and we just make it a winery /sister weekend when we visit. This is the first time staying at this house though it has been in my radar for a while. Just adorable. The host thinks of every little detail. And it is decorated so cute. King size bed is one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in. The bedroom and the other room was comfy as well, though I do think it to be a full and not a queen. Not a deal breaker. I love the open floor plan and it just seems like a roomy place for four adults for the weekend. A lot of little extras are thought of and the area is close to downtown, walkable for sure. Will be back! Thanks :)

Great Location, Super Supportive Host

We stayed at the Dove's nest for a small bachelorette party weekend. Cute, clean space (as described in the listing) that was well-stocked with little comforts to make your trip special. Our host Jayne was possibly the most responsive, warm, and helpful host I've ever experienced. We found a kitten on the interstate while driving down and (being dog people with no clue) Jayne and her partner stopped by to save the day and find the little guy a home. Thanks for going above and beyond!

Great little place in a quaint town!

We stayed here for a wedding and my groomsmen and I got ready here. Great location and cute little place. Owners communicated well and were easy to get in contact with. Highly recommend!
