Once you step inside your condo, you’re greeted by views of the Gulf that invite you to head down to the water and soak up some sun. But first, you’ll need snacks! Excellent location, property is as described. It was perfect for my husband, daughter and I.

I had questions before booking and leading up to my stay. I messaged the property through vrbo and received very quick and helpful responses. The location is excellent! My only complaint was low water pressure in the shower.

Good place to stay!

It was clean and they did say no elevator, just a lot of steps carrying stuff in n then loading back up! Bathroom is tiny! It was clean tho.. Balcony was awesome, looking right out at the ocean was the best part!!

everything was great. unit is on the 3rd floor and so the water pressure on the shower was anemic, had to press against the wall to get the trickle to wet my skin was very disappointing. otherwise everything was great

Great location

The place was small but for 2 people it was enough. The only complaint is the furniture is aweful. The couch was uncomfortable and the bed mattress needs replaced. Low water pressure. Other than that it was great.

Great Getaway

We had a great experience with a perfect beach front condo at Fort Walton Beach, FL. The rental process was very quick and easy. The condo looked just like pictured, even seemed a little larger than expected. It had everything we needed for our visit. Customer Service was able 24/7, very quick to respond, very professional, and very courteous. I felt like our business was really appreciated. I will not hesitate to rent from them again and definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Last minute trip

The place was clean and it was easy to get a hold of someone to answer any questions. The location was great and check in was easy. Beachfront can be hard to find for a spur of the moment trip so this place worked out well for us. I wouldn’t necessarily suggest this place for more than two people and be sure to bring some hand soap with you. The only soap they had was a small bar (like the ones you get in a hotel). I wash my hands often so if you’re anything like me just be sure to bring some or stop by somewhere and pick some up. Other than that it was a great stay in a great location.

() Proximity to the beach (300 yds) was the goal.() Price was more favorable than adjacent properties.() Property was clean. Reasonably new floor tile, shower tile & countertops.() Kitchen had ample cook/table ware & appliances.(-) Water pressure. It would get you wet, just not in a hurry.(-) The HVAC register in the bathroom could not be adjusted and was pointed downward. Right onto my cold, naked, wet body. Eek.(Meh) No elevator.(Meh) The fire alarm (exterior) was held together with painters tape, but still dangling from the wires.(Meh) The shower (exterior) was non-functional.The ()'s outweigh the other two. We would 100% rent this unit again.

The beach view and balcony chairs were outstanding. We loved the direct access to the beach and never wore shoes, unless we were going somewhere in the car. The condo was clean and in excellent condition, apart from a slight musty smell when we first arrived, but it soon aired out. One downside is that we couldn't see the ocean from the bed, due to the arrangement. Also, there were only two pillows provided for our bed, and when we asked if we could get extra pillows, the property management said no. However, we later saw that there were two extra pillows in the storage closet. It would have been great hospitality to point that out to us. All in all, we would stay here again and recommend - especially for a couple.

Overall good property with need for some updates

The property was located on the third floor accessed only by stairs. The stairs were definitely not to code with varying tread sizes and short rises, which made them difficult/dangerous to navigate. The fold out couch bed was worn out and extremely uncomfortable, we had to put a air mattresson top of it in order to sleep there. Doors were swollen due to moisture

Beach Condo

Our stay here was not to bad. This condo is located in a great area close to everything. The condo had everything we needed for our stay and met all of our needs. I grew up in Florida and understand the idea of a beach condo. That being said, if you are looking for a 5 star resort, this is not that. The condo looks like a lot of the remodel was done quickly and cheap. The water pressure was really low but normal for FL. Next, check in at 4pm and check out at 9am. We tried for a late check out but were told they need 48 hours. Lastly, all the "Fees" associated with this condo were outrageous! I don't know if I didn't read over the fees when I booked, but we paid a lot more that I thought we should have for 2 nights.
