Seeking a private piece of Anna Maria Island charm? This Anna Maria rental is ideal for a small family, a romantic escape, or a long overdue, quiet catch-up with close friends. Palm Court is an updated villa which sleeps 4, making it perfect for smaller groups. But don’t let the small size fool you, Palm Court Villas has everything you need for the ultimate vacation.

Palm Court is ideally situated in the heart of Anna Maria Village. Take a short walk to experience great shops, diverse restaurants, fishing piers and the Community Center. Beautiful white sand beaches are just one short block away and feature a wonderful row of Australian pine trees for shade and cool relaxing. When you’re ready to explore, jump on the free Island trolley that stops at the corner of Magnolia Ave and runs the entire length of Anna Maria Island.

The owners have thought of all conveniences. You will find a modern, fully equipped kitchen, ample linens including beach towels, washer/dryer, and comfortable furnishings. There is a beach gear shed with beach cart, umbrella, chairs, and sand toys. The open tropical courtyard is a wonderful place to enjoy a late afternoon margarita or a relaxed dinner prepared on the charcoal grill.

So, pack your flip flops, and get ready to enjoy charming Palm Court. And if you have a larger group, Villa A can be rented along with Villa B to allow a party of 8 to enjoy all this lovely rental has to offer.

This place was perfect for us. It's walking distance to a few great places to eat and beach access is less than 2 blocks away. We rented a golf cart and enjoyed going to different areas of the island. We would definitely rent this place again.

Great location walking distances to all shops on Pine and Gulf Ave. The condo was totally updated everything was new and the place was professionally decorated. Even the exterior of the building had fresh paint and was very well kept. The condo had everything we needed and outside in the locked shed area was full of beach supplies again everything we needed. Looking forward to returning back to this property it will be our “go to” place for sure.

Awesome two bedroom villa with everything we needed for the perfect stay on AMI. Short walk to the beach and walking distance to all of our favorite restaurants and shops on Pine Avenue and Gulf Drive. Would definitely stay here again!

Exceeded our expectations!Perfect semi detached bungalow, prepared with a great deal of thought and attention to detail.Unfortunately we did not take to Anna Maria island so the beautiful property saved what might have been a disappointing trip. If you like the businesses of this location, then I would most definitely recommend this fabulous accommodation. Although the island was very busy, this apartment was peaceful and secluded. Thank you for providing us with a delightful and very comfortable place to stay.

I chuckle when new acquaintances seem genuinely surprised when I say I'm a native Floridian. Yes, there are some, and I am, indeed, one. Born in Tampa my family moved to Anna Maria in the early 60s. The landscape has certainly changed since those early years, but in many respects, Anna Maria has retained its small-town feel. It is truly a gem on the Florida West Coast.

I feel very fortunate to split my time between two of the most beautiful places in the country - New York's Hudson Valley and Anna Maria Island. I've tried to make the updated furnishings at Palm Court Villas as comfortable ad convenient as if I were staying there year-round. My goal is to make you feel at home as I do. I know you're going to love the unit's close proximity to wonderful tree-shaded beaches and a variety of dining and shopping options.

I look forward to having you as a guest and wish you happy vacationing!
