Immaculate new home 8 mins from Downtown Houston

This home is completely dedicated to being your temporary home. I do not live here and my full attention is dedicated to creating a comfortable home away from home experience. This home is a new construction with new appliances. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit. You'll be only 10 minutes from downtown Houston. That's an affordable Uber ride from all that the Midtown Houston area has to offer. Please...NO SMOKING.

The space

This unit provides the ultimate home away from home experience due to it's ability to offer privacy. This is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit. There is a King bed in the larger bedroom that includes a walk in closet. There is a Queen bed in the smaller bedroom and that also includes a walk in closet. The appliances are up to date. There are a few dings on the refrigerator that occurred during delivery. I took the discount and kept it. The water and ice dispensers work great. Lastly, there is a washer/dryer as well. There is a small family living in Unit B. They are really quiet and they share the front yard. You may notice some toys out front but I'm fine with it.

Guest access

I have a digital lock installed. I can also unlock the unit from anywhere using my phone application. There is also a brand new security system installed. I will provide you with a code for arming and disarming the security system.

Other things to note

Please please please....NO SMOKING

No gatherings of over 10 people(Guests included)

Take the trash out before check out. Place clean recyclables in the GREEN bin only.

There are two queen sized air mattresses there. Please fold when you're done.

There are a couple pups that are roaming the neighborhood. They are harmless. I'm currently working to find their caretakers but if not I'll put together a plan to get them adopted. I will have the property fenced in however there is a shortage of materials in the market. Stay tuned.

There is a new construction to the rear of the unit. They are past the phase of making loud noises and are now completing painting and other finishing items. Be mindful of the litter from their site. I'm pretty good about picking it up every other day or so.

Load the dishwasher with any used plates and silverware.

Make a pile with the dirty sheets and towels on the floor in the bedrooms and the cleaners will handle the rest.
