We loved our time in Palais Gallien 3. Simply decorated using wine boxes as drawers and comfortable.
It is in a great location.
Need a plug for the sink and a Bordeaux map would have been helpful
There are several very nice restaurants (Gaut Millot, Michelin) very close to the appartment in rue du palais gallien. The appartment is very close to the city centre but nevertheless in a quiet road. End of october the weather was very bad, lots of rain. We now understand why the region is called Aquitaine from the latin word for water.
Located in the center, walk to everywhere, stores near by, restaurants, museums. The rental is located on a second floor, without an elevator. It is well appointed inside. Walk up a small stairwell to sleep in loggia. Quiet, on the back of building. Small kitchen and bathroom but all what is needed was there. Owner was responsive to an initial question.
