Location and resort were great! The kitchen was disappointing. Limited pots and pans, utensils, and no spice cupboard. Other than that, the rooms were comfortable and the Hilton was responsive when things were needed.

Great location

Our family of 6 had plenty of room. The kitchen and laundry down the hall provided us additional options. Great view and friendly and effective staff through the agency and at the resort.

Wonderful stay

We got a 2 bdroom garden view room at the lagoon tower. Very spacious and actually had a view of the ocean. Property was very clean.

1st Hawaii Family Trip

The room was more spacious than what we thought. More than enough room for a family of 6. The views were great and the full kitchen was a huge bonus. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Hawaii!

Room was exactly as explained on advertising. All amenities were available and working in room. great partial view of ocean and view of village pools. Would recommend for families.

Beautiful stay all around! Heads up though, make dining reservations well in advance. Our biggest struggle was finding available dining options not requiring reservations made well in advance.

Crazy Waikiki

The Hilton residence was perfect for a family with three teenagers. The teens surfed each day and there was plenty to keep the occupied. The only improvement would be robes with the rooms.

Wonderful

Great stay at this property. We had an ocean view room (as advertised) and the room was a perfect size for the 6 of us. I enjoyed that this tower has its own lobby/check-in. It was a very “unbothered” stay- after checkin we barely interacted with hotel staff which was fine with us since we didn’t need anything like regular housekeeping. Friends who have a condo in Waikiki came by for fireworks and said we were “holding out on them” about how great the view was. Would definitely book again!

Exactly as Advertised!

My family had a wonderful stay on O'ahu. I am mainly writing this review to compliment the communication I had with the host/property manager. I was a little nervous at first about making this booking, but everything turned out exactly as promised and I was always kept in the loop. Thank you for making this trip easy on me!

Overall it was very nice. Check in was not a good experience and our name was not listed when we checked in. Which caused check in to be almost 2 hours long.

Grand Islander

The stay was great! The unit was actually in the Grand islander, which is a much nicer and quieter part of the Hilton Hawaiian village. I wish they had made it more clear that it was a separate part of the village. I waited in line at the main lobby only to be told that I was in the wrong place. But moving towers was totally worth it! Place was super clean with prime location on Waikiki beach. Staff was very attentive! I had missed the email they had sent me when I first booked the reservation. But when I contacted them as we were headed to the hotel, they were very communicative and called me right away to confirm the reservation. I would book again!

Birthday trip with my daughters!

This is the perfect family property. Everything is right on-site at the resort. Lots of activities! The food was expensive and average but the experience made up for it. We loved it. Communication with the host was excellent. We’ll definitely be back!

Great Location

Overall we had a great visit. The location was close to the beach and activities. Restaurants and shopping in the resort. With a 20 minute walk you had more shopping and more restaurants. Room was clean, housekeeping and staff were friendly and responsive. Communication was good during booking. My only complaint would be that the furniture needs an upgrade. Not very comfortable. The beds were hard and sofa and chair in the living room were uncomfortable. I don’t know if it’s the owner or resort that is responsible, but with nicer furniture this would have been a total 5-star review.

Michael and the team were excellent to deal with. Even answered my calls on Christmas upon arriving. The property was perfect, location was ideal for the Honolulu, Waikiki area. Would definitely return and highly recommend.

Hawaii stay

Beautiful views but the room never got cleaned during our stay. I had to keep asking for coffee and had to wait because they ran out. I got a towel charge even though I turned in all the cards.
