Beautifully remodeled, suite 274 is a fantastic 2 bedroom partial oceanview suite at the acclaimed Kaanapali Alii boasting gorgeous West Maui Mountain and ocean views from its 7th-floor vantage point. Brand-new upgrades include a new sectional queen sofa sleeper, a new dining table, and new smart TVs.

Fall into a restful sojourn in the sumptuous king-size bed in the primary bedroom. Open the pocket doors to reveal the queen-sized Murphy bed nestled within the converted den. A brand-new queen sofa sleeper in the living room brings the total sleeping capacity to 6.

Each bathroom has been luxuriously remodeled with high-end finishes for a lavish bath experience.

Loved the pool complex and nearby beach. The Alii staff were very responsive and friendly. Also really liked the nearby shops and restaurants.

Loved the amount of space and layout of the unit. It worked perfectly for 5 adults. (2 parents & 3 adult sons/wives). Loved the kitchen and washer dryer amenities. Pool, hot tub and proximity to beach and restaurants was wonderful. Everything in walking distance.

Beautiful condo

We enjoyed the proximity to Kaanapali Beach! Evenings in the condo were a bit noisy due to the luau at the resort next door and deliveries being made in the area. Overall, lovely condo.

Sleeping arrangements

We have stayed at the Alii many times but not through a private listing. The condo was very nice but the listing was a bit deceptive the “second bedroom” was off the living room with four sliding doors that did not work well and I always had to adjust them since there were no stops on the doors. There was also no hanging space because the closet was very shallow and stored with a crib and beach hairs. No place dresser either. The second bathroom was entirely separated from the sleeping area and because the sleeping area was right off the living room it was pretty inconvenient. Also the washer and dryer were in the second bathroom adjacent to the sink so not ideal.

Aloha Deborah and mahalo for your comments. We agree that this condo is very nice, but we regret that the second bedroom didn’t meet expectations. The pocket doors are designed to work independently, and we’re sorry for any frustration. While the bedroom doesn’t have a dresser, the wall unit has plenty of cabinets to store guest items. The beach gear can be removed from the closet and placed on the lanai during a guest’s stay, and we apologize there wasn’t enough hanging space. Happy Place

A fantastic place for a family to stay. Excellent balcony, kitchen and comfy beds. Only issue was the ac cuts off automatically when sliding doors are open, and they’re very sensitive and can be difficult to ensure they stay closed, plus missing a quality wine opener. Otherwise, would definitely recommend!

Hawaiian Paradise

The property was exactly as advertised and I would highly recommend to anyone considering staying in the Ka'anapali area. Unit was exquisite and extremely comfortable with all of the amenities. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Location was perfect. We will not even look for an alternative when we are able to return to Maui for our next vacation!

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary getaway trip. This spacious condo suited our needs for the week. It was fully equipped with cooking supplies to have wonderful bbqs and other meals throughout the week. We will definitely be returning for another array. Hopefully next year. 🌴
