This Condo is absolutely gorgeous! Ten foot ceilings throughout. Large rooms. King size beds with plush bedding and pillows! Balcony with awesome views of the James River, Park and Blackwater Creek trails! There are two fabulous restaurant bars on the property! Fratelli Italian Kitchen wine bar and 7 rooftop bar with absolute breathtaking views for brunch, lunch, dinner or drinks.

Great stay...

Very clean, spacious accommodations with many unexpected amenities. The owner took extra steps to make sure our stay was a success and it certainly was. We would highly recommend this location.

Fabulous Condo

Spent a weekend with family, visiting our son who attends LU. Clean, ambient unit right in the heart of downtown LYN! Will definitely return. Highly recommend!

Excellent location and accommodations

Contain is centrally located in downtown Lynchburg with a beautiful view of the James river. Several options for eating within walking distance. Accommodations were extremely clean and comfortable.

This home is spectacular. Spotless and beautiful, cozy and airy. It was the perfect stay for our family to enjoy Easter with our college daughter. Thank you for this beautiful space!

Amazing location and views!

This condo is the perfect place to stay in Lynchburg. It’s close to everything, parking is easy and the unit is clean and spacious. The views from the deck are beautiful! I’d definentlg stay there again!

This place is amazing!!!

15/10 for this condo. It's gorgeous and the location is perfect. Fratelli's was very convenient for dinner and we want to come back once the rooftop bar is open. We loved our time here!!!

Clean, beautiful & perfect location

The condo is beautiful with amazing views! Everything was clean and fresh… even the extra linens and pillows were clean! The condo was spacious with high end furnishings! The beds were comfortable and the host went out of their way to provide everything you would need! Would love to stay again when visiting!

Newly constructed, very modern. It's on the 1st floor so when the rooftop bar gets out, we heard all the patrons leaving, at times a little rowdy. If you're a deep sleeper, not an issue, but if you're a light sleeper, will definitely wake up.

Fabulous Christmas Mini Vacation!

My husband and I along with our Chocolate Lab Daisy spent two nights in this fabulous condo while visiting my parents that live in Lynchburg. Everything is fresh, clean and well appointed. We will definitely be back! Bedding, sheets and towels all high quality! Extra special to have coffee and creamer along with snacks as complimentary. Property manager Brooke is accessible and accommodating. 5 star property!

Beautiful Condo Great Location

We had a fantastic week in this condo. Great location to many restaurants, shops and nightlife. The condo is clean, stocked and beautifully decorated. The communication was so easy, quick and responsive. We needed a few things and they were quickly dropped off. Checking in, parking and checking out were easy. Noise machines are provided which we used a few nights during our week as the bedrooms are ground level. Plenty of seating and a pullout sofa were nice to have. We spent a lot of time on the enormous deck overlooking Bluff walk. Very pretty! We would stay here again.

Family Trip

Beautiful property! Very accessible!! We parked in the designated spot, walked a short distance to the entrance, and the unit was right inside the door. The kitchen had all the items we needed to cook many of our meals. The unit has a Keurig coffee maker - if you prefer to have a pot of coffee, you'll need to bring one with you. We discovered a series of ramps from just outside the property down to the river walk which made it very easy to navigate with a stroller. When we notified Jason (the host) about an issue with the air conditioner, he responded personally and the repairman came right away. We were very comfortable in the unit and really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect location, very nice property

My husband and myself along with our dog Bentley spent 4 nights on the property. We travel quite a bit so I know when I say this was one of the nicest, cleanest properties we have ever spent time in. The furnishings made you feel at home but the it was not cluttered, the kitchen was beautiful and well stocked with everything you would need. The beds were so comfortable we pulled back the mattress pad to see what kind so we could get one for ourselves. So many little touches that were very much appreciated.

Lynchburg misrepresentation

The property was advertised as 4 BR, 4 BA condo unit. When we unlocked the door it was a 2 BR, 2 BA unit with 2 pullout sofas (set at an angle so that only one bed would pull out at a time). We were traveling as 4 older friends, and reserved the unit because health issues made 4 separate accommodations were necessary. When we complained, the host did not reply for 24 hours, indicating that the ‘mistake’ was made by VRBO. By the time this occurred we were checking out, and were advised by customer support at VRBO that they had no recourse for a refund. A nightmare of a weekend…

Great location with fantastic views.

We stayed in Downtown during the Commonwealth Games at Liberty University which is 10 mins away. Condo was comfy, spacious and close to so many great places to eat with stunning Mountain View’s. Enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the small town. Definitely will stay again when we are back in town.
