This was a lovely spot for our fall break vacation. We have stayed in the villa homes at lost key before. This location was extremely well stocked with beach supplies, towels and a GREAT kitchen stash including an airfryer and instapot which will function as a slow cooker. The property mgmt company was excellent to work with especially given that we were coming in shortly after hurricane Isaias. Communication was amazing! I would book this one again.

We really enjoyed our time in this VRBO. There was plenty of space for us to spread out but also a perfect table for nightly board games,etc.

Enjoyed

Family Rest

The property was perfect for our family time for getting rest. The kitchen was well equipped. The decor made it homely. However, upon arrival, we were not able to open the garage door for easier access to the property and when reported and being told how to open (which still did not work) and that someone would come out was a little frustrating because no one ever came out. The carpet in the Queen bedroom needed a little attention. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay!

Absolutely awesome

Everything was excellent. My only complaint is that the property was advertised with free rounds of golf at the on site golf course. The course did not honor this arrangement. They said that realators falsely list this admenity.

Glad the property and vacation were excellent. Terribly sorry for any trouble redeeming the free golf rounds. We do have free golf rounds at three different courses. You should have received information on our Perdido Keys To Fun program prior to or upon arrival which says that these must be scheduled through our scheduling office. It's done this way because other hosts, unfortunately, do incorrectly advertise free activities and people just show up at the golf course with no way to validate who is free and who is not. In the info about our Perdido Keys To Fun program we even provide a text link to make the scheduling easy. It's the same process for our complimentary deep-sea fishing admissions and dolphin boat cruise admissions. Next time, please ask our team here in Perdido Key to help and we'll be happy to line these up for you!

The location was great. The pool at the beach club was very small and not enough shaded places to sit. The beach was pretty and clean. The unit itself was not clean when we got there. There was food and crumbs and sand all over the floors and couches. Almost every pot and dish we took out to use we had to clean first because they were dirty. There was a HUGE fruit fly issue from the minute we got there and despite buying fruit fly traps, the situation only got worse during our stay. We contacted the host and they thanked us for letting them know but did nothing. The beach chairs were moldy and/or rusted and the boogie boards were all broken. We would have brought our own had we known. There were plenty of kitchen appliances though and lots of beach towels.

Disappointed

We had plenty of space and loved this resort last time we stayed. This time we were extremely short on towels, had to do laundry every day. Only 2 hand towels in kitchen. One room had no light nor tv remote. Last time we had plenty of beach towels there were none provided this time. Would have been fine but I neglected to pack any since there was an over abundance last time. They advertise a pool on site but it was closed the entire week. This resort was the reason we came back to Perdido Key but sadly I don’t think we will stay with this resort again.

The home was clean! This home had everything needed, plus more! Not an ocean view by any means though! Maybe after you drive up the road and across the street, but it was very close, so it was fine! The only negative I’d say is, providing only one roll of paper towels and toilet paper (saying we would need to purchase our own) was a bit extreme, considering you are hosting 10 people and for the pricing, it should just be part of it!

Spacious Living

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was large enough for my husband and I and all three of our adult children. Ours sons had to work a bit while we were there and there we space for them to find a quiet place to get their work done while the rest of us enjoyed the common areas. Beaches were beautiful. The short ride from the airport made this a very accessible vacation to our whole family. Thank you for sharing your home.

Wonderful property and great location!

Beautiful property! So close to the beach and many other amenities. Loved that it was in a secured area. Everything was clean and made us feel right at home!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very clean, spacious and well kept. We were very comfortable during our stay. There were plenty of plates, glasses, pots, pans, utensils. Another set of silverware for 8 would have been helpful.
