The layout of the Farmhouse with suites was perfect for for families traveling together. It allowed for each family to have plenty of private time.

We stayed there for a weekend of going to keeneland race track, it was a little far from the track 40 minutes to an hour depending on traffic, but such a nice place at a fair price that we will definitely stay there again.

This farmhouse was ideal for us. We needed a place for a wedding weekend with lots of room, and this place was perfect. Four full bedrooms with plenty of other spaces to spread out, all in quiet countryside minutes from Winchester. Check-in and check-out were seamless. Highly recommend!

Franklin Ridge Farms is a wonderful place to stay! The home and property are beautiful! The home is tastefully decorated and so accommodating! There really wasn't anything left to question. Amanda and Bill are quick to respond if there is an issue (which there were none). We all slept comfortably in our own rooms and also enjoyed the amenities on the property. We also got to visit with some of the animals! Overall a very lovely stay and we would highly recommend to other travelers!

The property was in a beautiful area and the hosts were so kind and attentive to anything we needed. I highly recommend coming here if you have a large group or family, you will receive great hospitality and enjoy a lovely home.

A beautiful spot and very friendly folks!

We had a group of 8 staying at Franklin Ridge. There was plenty of room, the house was immaculate and very homey and Amanda went out of her way to make sure things were just right.

Perfect overnight stay

Large farmhouse with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Kids loved the fresh baked cookies and the game room. Very peaceful and quiet location. The host are very kind and they took time out of their busy day to make sure we felt welcome.

The house was wonderful, clean and comfortable. Amanda & Bill are excellent hosts! Even the livestock on the farm are great. We had a wonderful time visiting Claiborne Farm, Keeneland, Churchill Downs Derby Museum, Red River Gorge, a distillery, some very nice restaurants & shops in and around Winchester & Lexington.

Our stay was wonderful!! Perfect host, comfy beds and space to relax after a college visit and a day of shopping!!!! The house was super clean and exactly as described! Host was kind enough to leave treats for us and offered anything we needed when an unexpected snow storm hit!!!! Will definitely stay again!!

What a lovely property! We only got to stay one night, but would have enjoyed a longer stay. The house is super roomy, with lots of comfy places to sleep. We enjoyed the game room immensely as we were winding down from a long day on the road. Easy access to food and shopping.
