Renovated with antique barn wood, the Barn boasts 2 bathrooms and a prep kitchen. Perfect for weddings or hosting reunions and weekend events - allowing guests to gather in the barn for meals and entertaining - taking pressure off of hosting in the individual cabins.

4 farm tables and chairs for 40 included; can accommodate 9-10 60” rounds and room for a DJ -

Doors open up for tables to be placed in front of barn overlooking Christmas tree farm. Wrap around deck allows for some fresh air.

Wildwind 1 is nestled against a Christmas Tree farm, Wildwind 2 has a long range view over the farm for a spectacular sunset, Wildwind 3 and 4 feature large, long range views over two decks at each cabin and great outdoor seating and dining.

The adjoined properties are very close to downtown Boone but sit on 8 acres at the end of the street so you have beautiful sunrise and sunset views and a lot of privacy.

The larger cabin has lots of sleeping and relaxing space, first floor has a king master bedroom, second bedroom with bunk beds - twin over full with trundle, and sectional in sunroom with queen sleeper. second floor has another master king room and a futon in the loft (doubles as a bed). Linens and towels, blankets and throws are provided. There are two sectionals on the main floor so there is plenty of room in the main house to relax.

Separate apartment included and is perfect for those needing extra space or privacy - the apartment is attached with its own entrance and king bed with sofa, full bath and kitchenette.

The second cabin boasts a large deck with long range mountain views. Two Master Bedrooms with King beds and adjoined bathrooms, memory foam mattresses, along with a large "bunk room" with 3 bunks and upgraded (adult ;) mattresses, full over queen, twin over full and twin over full, and room for an air mattress if needed, full bathroom in the bunk room, as well as sleeper sofa in the living room.

Third cabin has gorgeous sunrise views over two large decks. Main Floor Master has a King bed and en suite bathroom. Upstairs King and Bunk Room (Full/Queen and Twin/Twin) share a bath. Half bath on Main Floor.

Fourth cabin King Master with Bath, two upstairs king bedrooms share a bath, downstairs bunk room with its own bath and game table.

Smart 4K Hi Def TV's throughout the homes.

Main cabin loft has a Kids area with Xbox, games, toys, books, coloring supplies which make it turn key for Kids. Smaller cabin has game console in bunk room.

The Kitchens are very well stocked with everything you’d need for small & large groups, two folding tables and 8 chairs for larger dining parties, grill and smoker on deck, gas fireplace in the main room and fire pit outside overlooking the pasture.

The views on this property are unmatched. The homes sit on 8 acres of partly wooded land, long range mountain views off of the rear decks, with a private Christmas tree farm adjacent to the front.

This gives you the opportunity to relax and enjoy all of the natural beauty in Boone, while being very close to downtown Boone, (5 minutes to Boone Saloon!) restaurants, football, ASU, shopping and dining.

Pet fee an additional $150 per cabin to be added two weeks prior to arrival or upon booking. Please well behaved pets no scratching or accidents.
