Wonderful!

What a wonderful stay we had at this condo! Everything was perfect. The owners did not miss one detail. The decor was beautiful, beds were great and the view was amazing. Having beach chairs and a cooler was such an added plus. The owners were excellent communicators! You will not be disappointed if you book this condo! Thank you so much Lisa and Ian!

Wonderful trip

Everything was excellent. Fully supplied kitchen and bathrooms including washer and dryer. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Very convenient location and good view from balcony. Very responsive hosts. We will stay here again.

Wonderful

The hosts were always available via text if I had any issues. The condo is beautiful and you have a great view of the sunsets from the patio. We enjoyed using the hot tub, although the pool was too chilly to be used in March, it was still lovely to sit around. And the condo was amazingly quiet despite being very close to the main street, so it was easy to get anywhere.

Fabulous Condo with gracious owners

Everything listed on the VRBO is accurate but doesn’t touch the level of amenities and beauty! When you enter the condo it is clean and well appointed. All the little touches are there like washing machine pods, coffee pods, dishwasher pods, toiletries etc! It was like our best friends let us use their home!!The unit was quiet and the environment so relaxing. Everyone we met was friendly.We did use the smaller bedroom and it was as comfortable as the main bedroom, although smaller. New furniture, updated bathrooms, new mattresses and appliances throughout.The location was phenomenal. Close to the heart of Sarasota but we ate at 2 lovely restaurants within walking distances. Our hosts left lots of area brochures and guides.What impressed me was how much the owners wanted us to be happy! Next year we will be back!!

We are from Perrysburg, OH and we recently decided to purchase a place in Sarasota Florida. We love the water and love to boat! We love it there so much and decided to purchase a unit to rent. We also have a rental in Huron, Ohio.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We absolutely love Sarasota, Florida! Our location is perfect. We have a little bit of everything, several beaches like Lido Beach and Siesta Key, lots of shopping at St Armands Circle or University Town Center as well as Downtown Sarasota which offers tons of great restaurants. This area is also known for Arts & Culture. Our condo sits on a bayou that overlooks Sarasota Bay.
