Everything was absolutely beautiful. This space was immaculate beautiful upgrades most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. This is a must stay if you are in downtown Atlanta.

Everything was wonderful. The house was as pictured and very comfortable. The location was perfect for my daughter’s graduation and nearby restaurants.The fenced back yard was perfect for our dog to get a bit of off leash exercise while the neighborhood was extremely pet friendly with many nearby parks within walking distance.

Easy to find & entry was smooth. Cute house on a nice street - an adorable mural is on the building/coffee shop across the street. Snacks & bottled water were greatly appreciated!! Beds were comfortable. Would stay here again.

The house smelled like pot, and when I informed the host about it I was told "smoking in the house is against the rules. I can't help it if the previous guests did not follow the rules." A little empathy and something (anything) to help rectify the situation would have been appreciated. Instead we had to deal with the smell all weekend. Its a nice house and the location was great for what we needed, but that one thing kinda ruined everything about the stay.

Home was exactly how portrayed in photo except newer couches. Very clean. Mattress were quite hard for us and I like firm but you can not please everyone in that dept. same for pillows, either flat or puffy. We bought our own since we drove. Was very happy to have a gated driveway to park in since we always try to stay in a nicer neighborhood but don’t always know exactly what you’re getting till you get there. Was happy with the neighborhood. Many people walking, school across the street, on a busy corner/ street so you do hear traffic. Was happy with the outside seating areas and no bugs inside or outside for being in the south. I definitely appreciate that. The only thing I suggest is maybe luggage racks in closets. Loved having a few Kcups, creamer, snacks and water to tie us over till we could get to store. It was great being within walking distance to the belt line and all the different restaurants. Over all I would recommend.

Spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for us. Walking to the Krog Street Market area and the MLK National Historical Park area. We visited the Atlanta Botanical Gardens, and enjoyed some good blues music at Blind Willie's.

We rented this house for MagicCon at the Georgia World Congress Center. Our group included three 54-year-old friends and my 19-year-old daughter. The house was spacious and close to the venue (about 15 minutes in traffic).It’s located at a busy intersection across from a middle school, with a Circle K nearby. Expect city noise—whistles, sirens, traffic. The neighborhood felt safe during the day but was quiet and less active at night, with visible homelessness nearby.Parking was fine with space for 4–5 cars in the driveway. The layout was functional, with firm queen beds and oversized pillows. Two guests found their beds uncomfortable—one sagged noticeably.The kitchen was decent but lacked basics like a toaster and spatula. TVs in each room were great, though one remote didn’t work. Checkout was listed as “before 11,” but cleaning staff arrived at 10:25.After our stay, VRBO charged me 600 for a broken bed. The guest in that room (180 lbs) had complained it sagged. No misuse occurred. We’re respectful, middle-aged adults who were exhausted from walking 15,000 steps a day. If the bed broke from normal use, that reflects wear and tear—not negligence.We won’t rent here again and may choose a hotel next year. I’ve disputed the charge with my credit card company.

Very nice house.

The house was clean and spacious. We found the beds too hard and the living room furniture not that comfortable. There were also no fans in the house. The location was perfect. The space outside was nice. The driveway fit our large van and trailer which was amazing for being in the city!
