It’s the start of Mud Sale season here in Lancaster County! Come and experience authentic Amish country while enjoying auctions and plenty of homemade food including freshly baked Amish donuts, baked goods, and chicken corn soup! We are less than two miles from Tanger outlets and 10 minutes from Park City Center! Location, Location, Location! We are minutes away from all the major attractions Lancaster County has to offer: shopping, amusement parks, family fun, restaurants, entertainment and of course, Amish country. When it's time to relax, our renovated home makes it easy to unwind with a large family room, outdoor playset, firepit, and spacious deck. Come enjoy our family friendly home away from home!
This clean craftsman style home offers 4 private bedrooms, 2 full baths, fully loaded kitchen and dining room, comfortable living room and large family room equipped with a kid friendly play area! We want to make your vacation as easy and relaxing as possibly by providing high speed internet, 2 TVs, a charcoal grill (upon request), large deck with plenty of outdoor seating and backyard fire pit. PLEASE NOTE there is absolutely NO SMOKING or VAPING of any kind on the property. There is also NO Fireworks of any kind on the property.

Cozy Craftsman

We opted for this charming Craftsman-style home instead of a hotel — and we’re so glad we did! The house was spotless, beautifully furnished, and incredibly cozy. Its location near Route 30 made it super convenient, yet it still felt peaceful and private. A highlight was waking up to the sound of horses clip-clopping by each morning — such a unique Lancaster experience! If you're looking for a clean, stylish alternative to a hotel, this home is a fantastic choice.

Great for family!

The home is a well taken care of classic. Good space to let kids play and make noise in the finished basement. Minutes from Dutch Wonderland, 15-20 minutes to downtown restaurants and great communication from the property manager.

Great short stay

We came into town with my son, his wife and our 20 month grandson. The house was perfect for us. Out grandson loved, loved , loved the playroom and having the crib was a great bonus. We went to Dutch Wonderland for a night which was very close. Would certainly stay again. Communication was excellent and very accommodating to our travel schedule.

Lovely old home

Several family members and I stayed over a family reunion weekend. We loved this beautiful old house! It was very clean and had everything we needed. Road noise was “there” but not disruptive. Communication was easy, quick and helpful. We’d rent again! Thank you!

The house was nice, clean, and conveniently located right near a highway! But what stood out for us was how accommodating Tara (Host) was to some of our requests. We would defiantly stay at this house again if we ever come back to Lancaster.

Awesome Place

We stayed there for the weekend and it was an amazing experience. Everything was clean and the house had all we needed. Great place for kids with a playroom full of toys, books and a smart tv. We loved it and highly recommend it!

Fantastic Host and Home

Home is very clean and well maintained. Perfect for families visiting Lancaster, especially those with young children who are Dutch Wonderland bound. Our host was incredible. Due to a recent loss in our family, we had to reschedule our trip multiple times. Our host was incredibly accommodating and made our trip less stressful during a much-needed time. Highly recommended!

Great house in Amish country for young family

Recently stayed at this home with my wife, 3 year old and one year old. The home was extremely clean. Lots of kid friendly books around the house. Basement was a great playroom for the kids. Great backyard with a very large swing set. Hosts were quick to communicate and help with any concerns. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful clean home

This is a beautiful, clean home. Only reason I gave 4 on location is 340 is a busy road. It did not bother me but others thought it was noisy in afternoon & night when we were there at the house. House comes with EVERYTHING you need.

Amazing Home

We loved this home!! If you go to Lancaster to do Sights and Sounds and other specialty shops, this home is a perfect spot for location! I and my sister and nieces enjoyed this home so much and it is probably one of the cleanest homes we have stayed in!! Thanks so much!! We loved all the wonderful signs on the walls!

Great Family Home

We loved this home. It was warm and welcoming, very clean, and had more than everything we needed for our stay. The kids especially loved the basement. It was an awesome space to hang out! The communication was excellent and we would love to come back to stay again!

Charming Craftsman

Property was very clean and conveniently located to sites we wanted to visit. House is on a busier road but we were not bothered by it. We were alone but There is a nice space in basement for children or adults to enjoy. Communication with the owners was seamless. We enjoyed our stay!

Amazing stay and location!

The entire process from booking through the end of our stay was great. Tara and Andrew were very responsive and helpful. The house was beautiful and spotless. The location was perfect for what we traveled to Lancaster for (Dutch Wonderland, Cherry Crest, Turkey Hill Experience). It was perfect for our 2 families, would highly recommend!

Greta location, spotless home

We have used VRBO many times before, but this was certainly the cleanest and tidiest home we have ever rented. My husband and I, along with my father and our 9 month old son found the home to be a perfect fit for us. The location is just minutes from town with all the restaurants and shopping, but in a quaint, quiet neighborhood. We loved the downstairs playroom full of toys! Plenty of beds, too! We will definitely book this home again when we come back to the Lancaster area.

Lovely Stay

We loved the house/property. Close to many attractions, clean and perfect for families with small children. The kids loved playing on the swing set outside and in the large yard, with all the provided toys in the lower level, and reading the provided books. Owner quickly responsive to messages. Thank you!

Our home is located on a corner lot. With a main travel route out front and a quite side street to the side. from the back porch We loved the location of our neighborhood! Super confident to the major travel routes!
