I would not recommend staying at this condo! The cleanliness was awful! There were roaches!

We didn’t have any issues renting this property. The cleanliness was awful!

Home away from home.

We loved everything about this condo. The only problem was when we got there a note was on the table saying the WiFi was out and someone would come the next morning to fix it. Which was ok but then when he came he couldn’t fix the WiFi so we didn’t have a tv for a day’s which sucked. That was the only issue everything else was great.

Nice place

It was overall a nice place to stay for the price. We really had no issues except one of the tvs was not working. I texted the property management group and an individual came and took care of everything. He gave us a loaner tv and went out and bought a new one and hooked it up. He was very professional and didn’t hesitate to help us with the issue. Not a bad walk to the beach. We didn’t use the pool as the water was a little chilly. Balcony was nice, as was living space. No major issues at all.

I LOVE PENSACOLA!!

I loved the location and I have stayed in the community multiple times. There were some problems with the unit...one toilet "ran" constantly and the other was stopped up (appears someone flushed the soap bar). Property management was very responsive and fixed both within 2 days (first business day). The ceiling fan in the master bedroom would not run without the light being on. Management suggested removing the light bulbs, but did promise to replace, but never did. My real negative about this unit is the beds. They sink in and it felt like you were sleeping in a hammock. My back still has not recovered. It was clean, well stocked with towels and linens and TP/paper towels, dish soap and one trash bag. Bring your own coffee filters, coffee and any spices you may want to cook with. Property management was kind and responsive.

Nice property and Great Beaches

The property is just outside of Pensacola. The property is roomy for a 2-bedroom. The kitchen is completely stocked, but no room for groceries in the cupboards, which made for little counter space. The ocean entrance is on one side of the building and the pool is to the East. We enjoyed our stay. Our key code didnt work on arrival, but was taken care of within 30-45 minutes.

Convenient for youngsters

Although we enjoyed our stay in this beautifully located condo with easy access to beach and other activities it was extremely hard for my older companions who couldn’t walk up and down the 2 flights of stairs. There needs to be a ramp of some sort for the elderly!

Fun place

Location of pool to balcony was great with having kids. Older condo but maintained well for age. Beach access was great. Check in process was easy.

The property was very difficult to locate. IF a building did have a letter on it the letter was small. This H6 was up 2 steep flights of stairs. The beach is pretty close. Just a walk through the parking lot, which was dimly lit. The laundry room was not clean and the change machine did not work. The beds were comfy.
