We invite you to enjoy this spacious ski-in/ski-out mountain retreat with a ski slope view and outlook onto the national forest. Each bedroom has in-suite bathroom. We have been skiing in Colorado for 20+ years and fell in love with the Village at Breckenridge immediately. The Village, at Peak 9’s base, is ski-in/ski-out and only steps away from the QuickSilver lift. Looking out from the living room window, the kids’ ski school and magic carpet is visible. If your little ones are enrolled in ski school, you can glimpse them learning to ski right from the condo! Our location is less than a block from Breckenridge’s historic main street, where you can find numerous restaurants and shops. Our first purchase in the Village at Breckenridge was a gorgeous two bedroom (VRBO.com/2274018) and it brought so much joy, we bought this more spacious three bedroom for our growing family. We have spent many summer and winter family vacations in this condo and hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Walking out the building, you will find a brand new Blue River Ballroom and Conference Center where conferences and weddings are hosted. If you are attending a conference or a wedding in Breck, this is the perfect place!
This condo has onsite management with 24/7 front desk staff.
Breckenridge There certainly isn’t a shortage of year-round fun in Breckenridge. It has world class skiing and snow- boarding, many hiking and biking trails, and free bus services for the entire summit county. It’s historic downtown has many unique local restaurants and charming boutiques. The Riverwalk Center just off the main street showcases concerts and performances year-round.

Bedroom 2: Queen Bed. Bedroom 3: Two Full beds Living Room: Gas fireplace & Queen sleeper sofa. Flat screen TV in every room. Cable and a DVD player. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances. Resort amenities: Washer/dryer and trash room on every floor. Health Club with fitness equipment, indoor / outdoor heated pool, sauna, steam room, and hot tubs. Outdoor plaza with fire pit.
Parking: Heated underground parking. There is a separate nightly parking fee which is collected by the local management company at the time of check in. Parking fee varies by season. Currently the parking fee is $30/night from May-Oct and $50/night from Nov-Apr. The fee is subject to change without notice. The onsite parking is limited. If you choose to bring a car and would like to park in the onsite garage, please let us know as soon as possible. We can reserve one for you in advance. We recommend that you let us know at the time of booking. This would give you the best chance to secure a parking spot. During peak times, such as holidays and ski season, parking spots are filled quickly. If the onsite parking is full, our front desk can provide you with alternative offsite parking recommendation. We enjoyed out stay at this condo. The location is ideal, as it’s a short 3 minute walk to the Quicksilver lift, and a 1/2 block from Main Street. There are convenient brackets for skis and poles in the entryway. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the shower in the master bath was terrific. However, the bed in the master BR was a bit firm for our liking. The kitchen is a bit tight and outdated, and we were disappointed that it wasn’t as well stocked with essentials (i.e., cooking sprays and the like) as other units we’ve stayed in. But the living/dining area was comfortable, and we enjoyed family game nights in that space.The Village at Breckenridge complex has a wonderful hot tub/pool/game room area that really enhances the experience. Overall, not a perfect condo, but the pluses far outweigh the negatives.

Thank you so much for sharing such a thoughtful review. I’m really glad to hear that you enjoyed the location, the comfort of the living spaces, and the great amenities at The Village—it’s a wonderful spot for both skiing and exploring Main Street, and it sounds like you made the most of it.
I also appreciate your notes about the master bed and the kitchen. Mattress firmness can be very personal, and while many guests tell us they find the beds comfortable, we understand that preferences vary. As for the kitchen, we do keep it stocked with cookware, but consumable items like cooking oil and sprays are difficult for us to maintain consistently—especially during the busy ski season—so we ask guests to bring those along.

Wonderful Spring Break Getaway
This property was perfect for the two families that traveled to Breck together. It had everything we needed and was super conveniently located to both the slopes and lift, as well as resort amenities. As a bonus, it was only a 5-10 minute walk to shops, stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Location is very nice for ski in ski out. The updated pool and hot tub area was a real treat.
The condo is large and has so many bathrooms that it made it very easy for two families (10 total people).

We had a wonderful time! Breckenridge is gorgeous and this property is fantastic! Property well kept and accommodating, spacious. Beautiful views. Property is close to Main Street and walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Visited in the summer with young family and there was plenty of space in the property. Loved the pool, hot tub and game room which is close by. Check in and out was simple. Parking in nice garage. Would definitely recommend and would visit again.

Nice unit in a great location at the base of peak 9. One side is the mountain, the other side is main street and all of the restaurants and shopping.
This is as close to the mountain as you can get, but it is NOT ski in/ ski out as listed. You need to walk a short distance.

Had an amazing stay. Large condo, plenty of room for our group of 9. Short walk to the lift and right by the ski school. Has storage locker right next to the condo. Condo is near the elevator which was handy. On the second floor - elevator wasn’t working when we checked out so we had to carry everything down the stairs. Fireplace wasn’t working while we were there which was a disappointment and there was no attempt to fix it while we were there.

I am sorry that your stay didn't meet your expectations. I am aware that parking can be difficult for the weekends and holidays. I always advise my guests to reserve a parking in advance as soon as they know that they need one. I reached out to you but didn't hear back from you. We have just installed the new key system. The trick is to touch your phone against the radio signal icon. The door would open on the first try.

Ski vacation
Our ski vacation included 3 families for a total of 6 adults and 4 children. Each family had a room and a bathroom, and the kitchen/dining/living area was enough space for everyone to hang out. There were humidifiers and box fans in the bedroom closets which were definitely needed and appreciated. Very convenient to skiing and easy access to town. The condo was stocked with enough toilet paper and paper towels for the 4 nights we were there. The main NEGATIVE about the property was the beds... NOT COMFORTABLE. And the washer and dryer for the whole condo was TRICKY. However, I would still recommend the unit, and I would LOVE to stay here again.

Pleasant Thanksgiving Family Ski Trip
The property exceeded our expectations. We love the layout, especially all the bathrooms. The shower in the main bedroom is enormous! The kitchen met our needs perfectly, though it’s a tight squeeze for more than 1 person at a time. We bought groceries & were able to eat most of our meals in the unit. We walked to nearby restaurants for some of our dinners. There wasn’t quite enough couch space for 6 adults, so we brought chairs from the bedrooms for movie watching. The fireplace in the living room is such a nice touch, & the big TV is great & seems new. The slopes were steps away, & we could ski even closer to the unit in the afternoons after ski school closed to save a few steps. The views of the slopes & the wooded area were lovely. We even had moose visit one afternoon. I would love to stay here again. My only suggestion would be to have light blocking window coverings in the bedrooms since the snow grooming equipment shines brightly in the windows overnight. I wish I would’ve packed eye masks for sleeping. The groomers are also noisy, but we brought sound machines, so the noise didn’t bother us. We took advantage of the humidifiers in the unit since things get very dry with heaters on. The ski locker was very convenient, & the trash room is conveniently located right outside the door. We walked to Main Street multiple times, & we caught the free bus on the days we decided to try the slopes at Keystone. The front desk staff were friendly & helpful when we stopped by. No complaints.

Great location and access to most of Breck. TERRIBLE checkin process and they were very late getting us into the property - almost 6pm- we had to cancel dinner res that eve due to this. Additionally, the “appointments” in the kitchen are fair- limited pans with peeling nonstick surfaces and no cookie sheets/sheet pans. Balcony essentially non useable and they had one chair only on balcony. Many items were broken or not working which we had to report to maintenance.
