Beach Boho Condo in Great Location 1116

The review is simply not accurate information. Our elderly guest by her own admission and description was struggling with “technology” from the inception of this reservation. We were happy to help her with the opening of attachments on the site that include required waivers and lease documents of the condo board as well as directions and descriptions of the property. Our guest had difficulty scanning and returning these same documents to us and perhaps was not easily seeing information provided. The review states that signing onto the wi-fi “was a nightmare and that she felt the communication from owner was not good”. The apps own record demonstrates as I review the communication that our guest received 6 messages to assist from 11:15 AM to 1:20 PM at her check in time followed by an immediate and in person assistance by our service person to help her sign onto the wi-fi. The facility has 2 swimming pools. One of the swimming pools is a mere 100 yards from the apartment tower and in fact is at the immediate base of the tower along with the many restaurants. The 2nd pool referenced in the review is part of a larger recreation facility on the premises that includes tennis, pickle ball, basketball, and a larger pool with clubhouse and bath, water and ice facilities. Both swimming pools are available to our guests. The pool comment is simply not factual. We wish our guest good experiences in the future.
