New Tiny Home located in the 12th Park RV Resort just a few miles from TAMU, Easterwood Airport, Downtown Bryan, and HEB. Enjoy the amenities 12th park has to offer including community area, club house, play areas, basketball court, and laundry room. Home features 1 bedroom, 1 full bath, living room, outdoor grill, full kitchen, WIFI flat screens in all rooms, and an outdoor covered patio deck.
The place was lovely and clean. The patio was very nice and better than expected. Acceptance of reservation request was quick.General communication for the property was lacking. Never did hear back from messages to owner(s) about early checkin, housekeeping instructions, etc. We knew people at the location and was able to get in touch with the RV property manager and get most answers. I would recommend aShort boilerplate paragraph describing checkout procedures for trash, dishewasher, linens, etc. However, would definitely stay again.
Beautiful tiny home in a very well kept RV park. Just perfect for visiting my son at A&M. Only 3 miles from campus and such a quaint, well-kept RV park.
Location is easy to get to. Great place to stay if you have something going on at Texas A&M. Communication with host was easy and friendly. Property is thoughtfully setup / labeled for visitors.
Overall enjoyed our stay (TAMU beat Alabama đ!!!). Property is as described & nice to have shuttle to the game. Property needs some attention to detail. Iâm sure we will be back.
So, this was the BEST accident that EVER happened. Being from, living in FL for 18yrs, and now back in TX this game weekend was as good as it gets for my husband and I. He is the ultimate Gator fan. The Tiny House kept showing up when I searched hotels, so finally I clicked on the tiny house. These are hands down the nicest people I have EVER met. I have not read any other reviews (yet), but I am sure they are ALL the same. THANK U Ms Nancy for EVERYTHING. A shuttle took us to rhe game, and even though FL won, it brought us backđ. College Station Tx did NOT allow us to pay for ANYTHING! Thank u TEXANS! U made me proud.Thank u 12th RV Park and THANK U MS.NANCYđđ
The little house was clean and visitor friendly. Very quiet place for rest and relaxation. For those that need a handrail, be careful because the rail is way too short.
We had a lovely stay this weekend for Texas A&M move in day for our daughter. We used the outside porch the most, it was a favorite. We love this RV park, our daughter had lived in the RV park so we knew we would be familiar. Great location!!!

Great Concept...Some Challenges
My wife and I really like the concept of this property. The tiny house is a great alternative to the hotel chains in the area, and allowed us to have a small amount of amenities (kitchen and sitting area) for our 3-day stay. The RV resort area where it is located is very well maintained and comfortable. The condition of the property is also quite nice, with a nicely decorated interior with an up-to-date color scheme.
I do have to admit that we had some issues with the booking which should be brought up. We had originally booked this property back in July when we were looking for somewhere to stay for our son's TAMU Parents Weekend. The price was reasonable, and we love a good adventure so we booked the property. Unfortunately, the owners waited until November and then cancelled our reservation because they wanted to relist the property at a higher daily rate (again...being parents weekend). Since it was just a few months before Parents Weekend we had little choice but to rebook at the higher price. Some people may say that this is the owners prerogative, to cancel the booking for any reason but we felt that this was poorly handled. To us it means that booking here will always run the risk of cancellation if the owners decide they can make more money by relisting.
There were a few other issues with communication of access codes, but these were minor and handled quickly after our arrival.
The house was in a great location for us & it was perfect for what we needed. We literally just slept there & showered once. I did ask if we could check in early & she told us we could check in 2 hrs earlier, no questions asked. When we got there we didnât see the sign that we had to turn on the hot water & that it would take 30 mins to heat up. I waited 45 mins & the water was lukewarm at best. The worst thing was how dirty the floors were. There was dirt & grass everywhere. We had to wear our shoes just to walk around inside or else there was dirt/grass stuck to our feet. Everything else was nice & clean.
We stayed here one night over a weekend, 4 adults. It was wonderful. Let's start out with the one slightly negative aspect here.
My wife and I slept on the futon while our friends had the queen bed. As far as futons go, it was wonderful. The property manager had plenty of bedding and extra pillows stored in the house to be used. A futon will never be as comfortable as a true queen mattress, but all things considered, it was just fine, especially if you sleep on your back.
Positives! The location of the property is wonderful. You're 3 miles west of Northgate on University Dr. (Raymond Stozer). The RV Resort is quiet and very well kept. There are extra showers, restrooms, and coffee at the clubhouse in the middle of the property.
The little house is fantastic. The very usable patio space was a highlight for two couples just hanging out. The kitchen was very functional for a weekend stay, and the level of trim and decor in the little house was very nice. The bathroom was tight, but very functional as well. Thank you so much property owners and managers for a great weekend stay!!
This tiny home was absolutely amazing and beautiful! Perfect for any couple! Location was in a great place and host was amazing in communicating with guests! Will definitely consider coming back!
The only I would add to this new precious "tiny house" is a full length mirror and one bundle of firewood for guest. Super clean, very important to us, and enjoyed our stay...we will book again!
We loved this place! Everything was as described and the easiest check in/check out process Iâve ever experienced for a rental. The place was so cute and clean that we wanted to stay forever! Itâs in one of the nicest RV parks that Iâve ever stayed at and itâs so quiet. Will definitely always try to stay here first when we stay in CS
My husband and I stayed in this tiny house for Aggie Ring Weekend. The house is super clean and has everything you need. The location is great being just a few miles from campus. We were even allowed to host a ring dunk party for our son at the clubhouse, which has restrooms, pool table, darts, a kitchenette, shuffleboard, grills, etc. The host was fabulous. She could not have been more helpful. We will be back!
