Quaint 2 bed/2.5 bath farmhouse style home tucked in East Austin and just walking or biking distance to local breweries, restaurants and Lady Bird Lake! This home is the perfect meeting spot whether you're looking to hit the town (2 miles from downtown), explore the outdoors (1.5 miles from the lake), watch races at COTA (20 min drive), head to ACL (15 mins away) or spend an evening in, enjoying the lovely backyard and playing games.

The space
New build home in a prime East Austin location, with an incredible amount of natural light and a perfectly shaded and groomed backyard to enjoy. Plenty of seating and sleeping options for small or mid-sized groups.

Downstairs: A large and extremely comfortable sectional couch placed in front of a smart TV. Gourmet chef's kitchen that opens up to the living room, making for a perfect space to entertain and host! Kitchen comes fully equipped: dishwasher, dishware, flatware, cooking basics, toaster, and coffee maker. New washer/dryer, a half bathroom and a bar cart are also part of the lower floor experience. Option to sleep two additional guests downstairs on either the provided queen sized air mattress or couch.

Upstairs: Guests will be met by a sitting nook and large windows at the top of the staircase. There are hardwood floors throughout the 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms and queen beds, able to accommodate 2 guests in each. Each bathroom features fresh towels for up to six guests, basic toiletries, hairdryers and new shower amenities, including an oversized standing shower in one and a bathtub/shower in the second. For those who are currently working from home, the second room includes an office space with a desk and comfortable rolling chair.

Outdoors: The front of the house features a large driveway, able to accommodate up to three cars. In the backyard, guests will be greeted by two beach cruisers, a bbq grill, plenty of outdoor seating with Adirondack chairs and a picnic table to enjoy meals or play games on. The new turf outside also makes for a lovely and comfortable picnicking space or area to lay out.

There are plenty of mirrors and natural lighting throughout the home and outlets almost everywhere for ease in getting a recharge or plugging in hair tools, etc. High-speed WiFi is also included with your stay.

The home also comes with many fun indoor and outdoor games for groups, including: cards, Bananagrams, Giant Jenga, PutterBall, and more.

The house has keyless entry, for which you will receive your own personal code for check-in.
