Well-appointed villa completely renovated in 2021 with new furniture, flooring, memory foam mattresses, and a fully furnished new kitchen with quartz countertops.

Fiddler's Cove is a gated resort conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, and only a 5 minute walk to beautiful Folly Field Beach! Relax at one of Fiddler's Cove two outdoor heated swimming pools or play tennis on one of 10 Har-Tru clay tennis courts. Raquetball and Pickleball courts are also available. Spend the day shopping at the Tanger outlets located 10 miles away in Bluffton. Shelter Cove Harbour and Marina and Harbour Town are a must-see for shopping and dining. There are a few miniature golf courses and over 20 beautiful 18-hole golf courses throughout the island.

Hilton Head Island is a cyclist's paradise with over 60 miles of paved bike paths and 19 miles of densely-packed sandy beaches. There are several bike rental companies on the island and they will deliver a bike right to the villa.

Whatever your choice, finish the day with a glass of wine, cold drink, or cup of coffee on our balcony overlooking the sixth hole of the Barony golf course at the Port Royal Golf and Racquet Club.

For your convenience the villa provides a beach buggy for easy trekking to the pool or beach of your towels, snacks, games and a cooler for your beverages. Tennis racquets, Racquetball racquets, and Pickleball racquets are all provided for your use.

Please note: Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, bikes, etc. are NOT provided at the condo. There are rental companies with a delivery and pick up service located throughout the island and on the beaches.

Our cleaning service provides clean linens and kitchen/bath towels for your stay. Also provided is a starter set of two laundry detergent and dishwasher pods, dish soap, as well as hand soap, shampoo and conditioner to get you through a couple days. On island there's Kroger, Whole Foods, Publix, Harris Teeter, Walmart, Dollar Tree to purchase additional supplies for your needs. There is also a grill and picnic table outside for your use if you choose to cook out.

We are located on the second floor of a three-story building with no elevator. The stairs are wide, sturdy and forgiving, split at 10 and 4 steps. Building 4 is easy to find in the complex, straight ahead from the entry guard shack. There are maps of the complex in our Welcome Book inside the villa to familiarize yourself with the routes to the pools and beach.

Pets are NOT allowed in Fiddler's Cove and our villa is strictly NO SMOKING or VAPING in the unit or on the balcony.
Minimum age to rent is 25.

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
