I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The online photos of the villas looked amazing. The decor was nice and beds were comfortable. However, I was disappointed in some of the amenities. Once inside the villa, the carpeted staircase was unnoticeably dirty as well as the entryway rug. The shower head in the master bath had a broken hose and the towels provided were very scratchy and hard. Only one roll of toilet paper was provided in each bathroom. We had to buy more toilet paper as well as trash bags. (Only 3 trash bags provided.) We were most upset with the A/C not consistently working. Had we not been on such a hectic schedule, we would have called for service. The temp reached up to 82 degrees when set on 72 (or lower.) The thermostat seemed to be broken. Not sure if the property had recently been sprayed for bugs, but there was a dead bug in the kitchen when we arrived, and I found a live roach was on top of the dryer at one time. We stayed in Villa 1402 last July. It was in perfect condition. Our expectations were already set high, so we were truly let down with this unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall experience at the Legacy Villas was great. Great location, I felt safe, and people were friendly. I would definitely stay there again.However, in regards to unit 705, it was pretty dirty upon arrival. It seemed as if it wasn’t cleaned before I checked in. Also, the ceiling leaked during rain storms and the bed was broke. I think 705 could really use some maintenance and updating.I visited another unit while on the property and it was beautiful. This leads me to believe it’s not every unit at the Villas, maybe just this one in particular.

Not worth the money

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was okay, but it was not the experience I expected, and definitely not worth the money that I paid for it. It was horribly dirty upon arrival and had several things broken or not working. The condo is definitely in need of some TLC. The was mold in the showers upon arrival that keeps coming back. They obviously don't do a walk through before arrival to verify that everything is there and working (like smoke detectors) and that the place is clean. Also, If you love trains, you are in a great location, if not, be wary that there is a train right in your back yard that comes at all hours of the night.
