We are grateful to share that this beautiful home is Guest Ready!! It was not damaged by the storms and we are excited to start taking reservations again!
Many establishments throughout the Gulf beach areas have reopened. Your stay provides the much needed support our local businesses appreciate and need as they recover.
This Luxury home on Pass-a-Grille is perfectly located just off the beach & several blocks from historic downtown. Modern & high-end updates create a special & unique experience in this desirable coastal area. Inside, relax in your spacious living area, large master bedroom/bath (2 balconies), 2nd bedroom/bath & loft as a 3rd bedroom option. Outside, you can relax on the large front porch, back patio, outdoor fire pit area and walk just a short block up the road to the pristine white sand beach!
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire main house on the property. This includes a driveway/garage with parking for 3 cars, front porch, back patio & the 2 balconies off the master bedroom. On the property is a guesthouse, which contains its own private outdoor space, though parts of the outdoor spaces can be seen by other guests staying at the guest house.
I live just a couple miles away and am readily available for questions or needs. I do make my way to the property for care and maintenance, but will give privacy to guests who are staying at the house. Typically, I use Airbnb for communication, but I am available by text or call as well. If there is ever a need to access the home, typically for emergency maintenance, we will always communicate with you.
Pass-a-Grille is a quiet beach community with historic charm. This narrow strip of land between the intercoastal water way and Gulf of Mexico is just pristine. One of the most beautiful sections of St Pete Beach, which is known to be the #1 beach in America. We are just blocks away from boutique shopping, restaurants and bars, boating excursions and much much more!
This area is currently seeing some construction which may be visible or audible from time to time during 2021 and early 2022
- Responsible party booking this vacation rental must be 25 or older
- The ladder to the loft may only be used AT YOUR OWN RISK
- This is a no smoking property
- The countertops are marble and are very sensitive to acid, alcohol or liquid spills. Please be vigilant about cleaning up liquids or spills on the countertops and always use a coaster
- Please be respectful of others by being reasonably quiet between the hours of 10pm and 8am
- Linens are provided at the unit, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo & conditioner and cleaning supplies. Additional supply must be purchased by guests
- Cleaners will clean the unit upon checkout, however we ask that guests do the dishes and take out the trash before leaving, this prevents pests and odors
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
