Welcome to our vibrant neighborhood of Boystown and Lakeview East in Chicago! Our prime location, just one block from Belmont Harbor and Lakefront Trail, puts you within walking distance of local eateries, parks, theatres, breweries, and the Belmont L station. You’ll be close to all the action of downtown Chicago, but far enough away to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep.

Within walking distance, you’ll find many great restaurants, including Ann Sather Restaurant, known for their cinnamon buns, and Milt's Barbecue for the Perplexed, with their delicious house-smoked meats. For grocery shopping, you can head to either Treasure Island Foods or Jewel-Osco.

Coffee lovers can head to The Coffee & Tea Exchange for a rare roast or obscure tea, or grab a cappuccino at Yefseis Cafe.

Welcome to the Windy City! One of the many things that makes Chicago a great place to visit is the fantastic public transportation system. Our Boystown neighborhood is incredibly walkable, so exploring the nearby shops, restaurants, and waterfront on foot is a breeze.

The closest L station, Belmont, is only a 13-minute walk from our front door, and from there, you can hop on the Red or Brown line to access Downtown Chicago, Magnificent Mile, Uptown, and Evanston. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are also readily available if you need a little extra luxury or are traveling with a group.

If you're flying into O'Hare International Airport, our place is approximately 30 minutes away by car, but if you prefer to avoid the traffic, you can take the Blue line and transfer to the #77 bus to get to Belmont & Broadway, just a 5-minute walk to our place.

We want you to feel right at home during your stay, so we kindly ask you take note of the following:

- Please be mindful of other tenants and keep noise levels down, especially during quiet hours.
- For certain bookings, we may require additional screening, government ID, and a security deposit.
- If you encounter any issues during your stay, please let us know so we can address them right away.

We are thrilled to have you as our guest! To ensure that all guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, we kindly ask that everyone respect these house rules. In the event that any of the rules are not followed, there will be a corresponding fee to cover any necessary repairs, additional cleaning, and disturbances.

- Parties, events, and social functions are strictly prohibited in the apartment.
- Illegal activities, drugs, and any kind of commotion are not allowed on the property.
- No undeclared guests are allowed.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
- Do not leave the place excessively dirty.
- Please do not lose the keys or take them with you when you leave.
- Please declare if you will bring a pet and advise how many you will be bringing along. Building only allows cats and will incur a $50 per pet fee. Unauthorized bringing of pets is subject to a penalty. We kindly ask that pets are not left alone in the unit.
