This 4 Bedroom 3 Bath beach house is situated in North Litchfield and just a few minutes walk from the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Atlantic Ocean. The beach house boasts a spacious living room with a large plush corner couch, fireplace, and flatscreen tv – perfect for resting up after a long day on the beach, golfing or shopping around town. Adjacent to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen and formal dining room with french doors to the large outdoor deck.

Bedding Setup is as follows:

Master Bedroom – 1 King
Bedroom 2 – 1 Queen
Bedroom 3 – 1 Queen
Bedroom 4 – 2 Double
Loft Area – Queen Sleeper Sofa
A Someplace Special requires a minimum of 3-Night stays all year long with a max Occupancy of 10 people.

Pet Friendly:
Dogs (no cats) are allowed. Pets are limited to domestic, housebroken dogs unless otherwise advertised. There is a non-refundable $400.00 (plus tax) pet cleaning and spray fee that will be charged to each guest bringing a dog. No smoking

Guest Access: Guests will have access to entire house.

An array of Resort Amenities include: 4 centrally located golf courses, indoor pool, outdoor pool with lazy river and play plaza, health and fitness center, bike rentals and bike trails, wireless internet access, and Starbucks™.
