*Fully fenced yard offers plenty outdoor space for kids or pets. Has swing egg chair and propane grill.
*Inside is new furniture including: recliner couch, multiple smart ROKU TVs, color changing fire place
*Master bedroom with queen size bed/walk in closet/bathroom&shower
*Guest bedroom with queen size bed/closet
*Bedroom with 2 twin size beds / closet
*Full kitchen with breakfast bar /pots/utensils/plates/spices/baking sheets
*Large folding table and extra folding chairs are in garage

***This is a SELF CATERING HOME. You’re provided with linens, towels, kitchen utensils, cookware, some spices, initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels, soaps. Surely, you will have your individual needs, so please be sure to stop by the desired store to purchase preferred items and meals. ***

*Heated pool is not the same as hot tub. The heater is set up to 80 degrees. Pool is heated from From November to May.

***Surveillance cameras: 1 on the left side of the house and 1 on the right side of the house. Cameras are for security purposes only. They are not pointed to the pool or yard areas. 2 surveillance cameras on the front outside wall of the house pointed to driveway to monitor garbage collection. 1 camera in the garage, which is not a living space, for Amazon deliveries , which has garage drop off option. There are NO cameras inside the house.

You will receive a digital guidebook Touch Stay. This will allow you to easily navigate your way around the house, introduce you to House Manual (which are available to see during and after booking) , obtain WIFI information, and what you need not only around Palm Paradise but around Brevard County as well.

PET Fee $25 per dog per stay. No more than 2 medium size dogs. Please inquire first

Family Vacation

Husband and I brought down our 3 boys from Indiana to visit family. The house is as stated. Stocked as needed for a family that doesn't want to eat out all the time; clean and accommodating. Hot water never ran out after 5 showers. Good central location for entertainment but in a residential family neighborhood for downtime. Pool has plenty of pool toys to keep kids occupied. Wasn't the warmest weather in Florida but the boys still enjoyed it. Thankfully it is warmer than the air! Affordable price for the amenities.

Vacation wonderful

We stayed 2 weeks, and enjoyed each minute, the home was as pictured and upon arrival we found the home to be very clean inside , the pool area and bar area could use a little TLC but so could the pool area at my home , communication was very easy, Host was wonderful , however never needed to really contact them , as emails where sent to update up as our time quickly come to an end . Would come back if we visit this area again

Amazing and FUN!!!

My family and I had so much fun staying at this beautiful home! Close to LOTS of stores and the pool stole the show!! Kiddos stayed in the pool sun up to sun down. Melbourne Beach is the beach to go to! Not crowded and an amazing seafood at Seafood Station!!
