Located in the very popular gated community of Cumbrian Lakes, this family-friendly residential community is surrounded by Beautiful Lakes, Conservation Areas, Wildlife Viewing and Scenic Walking Paths, yet close to Restaurants, Shopping, Outlets and World-Class Golf.
There is an amazing living space with plenty of comfortable seating. Cable TV and DVD/VCR combo player. Direct access to the stunning pool and spa area with far reaching views of a lake.

The perfect Florida home-away-from-home, your vacation rental comes equipped with a full-size kitchen with modern appliances. There is a dining table just off the kitchen with additional seating at a breakfast bar.
You have a very private pool and spa with plenty of furniture on which to relax and soak up the Florida sunshine. All towels are supplied (except for beach sized towels & personal washcloths). A child safety fence is available if required. Pool heating can be added for additional fee, please enquire if you would like a quote for this.

Great space for a relaxing vacation!

Property was clean, pool area was very enjoyable and neighborhood was quiet. Plenty of room for us and our family members. Area attractions were short drive away.

Great property in residential area. Very spacious and welcoming swimming pool. Neighbours had 2 parties but not too noisy. Could do with a lick of paint.

Good spot

Process to get in was easy, Good location close enough to Old Town. The house was clean with good metal utensils (the plastic ones are always found partially melted.). My wife is a nit-pick critic and even she was extremely happy. Highly recommended.

Fantastic time with family

In December of 22 my mother was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, the doctors gave her 3m to live. Her final request was to be able to experience Disney and Florida beaches one last time with her family. I quickly had to find a place. I stumbled across this listing and booked it right away. This was my first time using vrbo platform. Communication with the owners was clear and easy to understand. When we arrived it was was they said and showed in the photos. I was impressed with the amount of room and how clean everything was. The security in the community allowed me to feel safe knowing my children were there. The in-ground pool had a mesh fence and alarms on the door going out for extra protection for young children. My uncle who is in handicap in a wheelchair was able to join us and had no issues getting around in the villa. The location was about 15 minutes away from magic kingdom. There were stores close by for convenient shopping. We enjoyed our stay so much, I’m so grateful to have those memories with my family. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! I hope to stay again, you have a true gem!

Johanna and Stephen are a wife and husband team (pictured above in 2020 on a trip to Sydney, Australia). We have our own villa in Kissimmee and also manage the reservations for 40 other private villa owners near Disney. We have been managing villa reservations for over 10 years. We have many repeat guests and as you can see from our calendars each villa will have many resrvations in place.
All the villas we manage have been inspected and photographed by ourselves.

All our calendars are updated daily so if it is showing available then it should be, so please feel free to make an instant booking. We respond to every enquiry we receive, normally within a few hours unless we are having a day out, then it may take upto 12 hours. We ask for your patience, we will respond.

Every villa we manage is fully equipped with everything you will need including air con throughout, private pool, WiFi, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, bed linens, towels etc. Disney is less 20 minutes away (some villas are 5 minutes away) and Universal 25 minutes.
Pool heat is an optional extra at your chosen villa. Please enquire about the rate.

All the villas have their own private pool, luxury furnishings, lounge with large screen TV, fully air condioned throught, WiFi internet access, fully equipped kitchen, at least one bedroom with ensuite bathroom, washing/drying facilities and free access to all the facilities at the Resort. Please note we have a strict policy of NO SMOKING and NO PETS in every villa (smoking is allowed on the pool deck).

Before your arrival the villa will have a deep clean and full sanitization. You can be rest assured it will be spotlessly clean.

Please be assured the villa you select will be the one that you are renting.

We employ a local management company to take care of each villa and they are available 24/7 to deal with any questions/issues during your visit to the villa.
