The Space:
The beautiful and majestic Black Bear Chalet is a brand-new construction located in the Allen Falls development of Morin Heights. Set on 133,000 sq. ft. of private land, this stunning 6,000 sq. ft. home spans three levels, offering ultimate privacy with 300 meters of private access, far from the main road.

The main level features a grand terrace with sweeping views of the surrounding nature, accessible from both the spacious living area and two master bedrooms.
